We had a comfortable stay at Rommel's! Communication was easy and the caretaker was very nice. There's some construction going on the courtyard and the pool was closed, but it didn't affect our stay too much.

We stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect. Having access to the gym and pool was a plus. It’s not a huge place but was just perfect for what we needed. Would stay again.

We only stayed for a night, but it was a really nice place so I could have stayed for longer. Convenient location, comfortable furniture, and spotless.

What a pleasure it was to stay in Majorie's stylish beautifully furnished unit and to be supported during my girlfriend and my long stay here by she and Janey. They are the best!!! Her unit is beautiful, has everything that a short or long stay needs in amenities. Having great security, a swimming pool, gym and pool table was extra added bonuses. Even a place to dry or clothes after each wash. My girlfriend and I lived here and had a great stay. Located in Dumaguete's up and coming Piapi neighborhood, it was both far enough and close enough to the ferries to other island, the airport and the downtown Dumaguete area. There are some cell service connection issues in this unit (...had to leave our windows open often) but her wi-fi still helped us stay connected. We would stay again and highly recommend you renting from her.

Miguel’s place is super clean and location is very accessible! It was very easy to check in. Communication with Miguel’s mom is also seamless! Great host 💓 Youre definitely getting your money’s worth when you stay here :) Will definitely come back!

The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We appreciate that there’s fast Wi-Fi. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Dumaguete and would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in a lovely apartment. Good location and with nice swimming pool and gym. Vince's communication was great and the few minor issues I had during my stay were sorted quickly and with no problems. I'd definitely stay again. The only minor downside is that the air conditioning is a little old and noisy.

This is my second stay here. Love the location - even better now that the mall next door has opened.

I love the room so much; the space is maximized for every furniture to have its place. Very detailed with instructions that came with the amenities. The host is super accommodating will all queries and requests (I requested to check-in earlier and check-out at a later time, both requests granted).

We really enjoyed our stay at this spotless, stylish and modern unit hosted by lovely Ging. The place was really cozy, feels like home and just had everything we needed especially with the amenities. The location is a walking distance to shops and fancy restaurants. Ging was very approachable, responsive and she even made our check in and check out at breeze which I find it very convenient. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches by Ging ensuring our comfortability and security. Everything was superb! I would definitely stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

When I arrived, it was spotless and perfectly prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating too, checking in was a walk in the park. I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing stay at Nica and Amir's underground space! The underground layout adds a unique charm to the AirBnb. The dedicated workspace was a huge bonus and made working from home comfortable and productive. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which is always a must for remote work. Plus, the entertainment options were great – the Smart TV had everything we needed to relax after a long day, with all the streaming services at our fingertips. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, and the location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Nica and Amir were responsive and always available for any questions, which made the whole experience even better.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even brought us over a mini karaoke set when we mentioned hearing karaoke next door. The pool was refreshing, and it’s a super short drive into town. Highly recommend especially if you’re renting a car.

숙소 너무 예쁘고 만족스러워요. 알로나비치와 많이 떨어져 있지 않아서 이동하기에도 불편함이 없었습니다. 방 4개 화장실 4개인데 이정도 가격이면 싼거라고 생각해요. 숙소 너무 깔끔하고 수영장도 너무 예뻐요. 다만 거실에 에어컨이 없어서 그게 딱 하나 아쉽습니다ㅠ 거실에서 더 시간을 보내고 싶었는데 더워서 오래 있지 못해 슬퍼요.. 그래도 방마다 에어컨이 있어서 괜찮았어요. 호스트분이 너무 친절하고 응답이 빨라 요청사항을 즉각 반영해줍니다. 새벽 체크아웃이였는데 미리 샌딩서비스도 신경써주시고 여행 마지막에 너무 깔끔하게 떠날수있어서 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 숙소와 서비스가 너무 만족스러워서 다음에 보홀에 가게되면 또 방문하려구요😊 저희는 사람이 많아서 숙소 선택이 힘들었는데 다인원이라면 적극 추천합니다ㅋㅋ 진짜 많은 검색끝에 찾은곳인데 여기만한데가 없는듯... 방마다 잠금장치가 있어 프라이버시 보호에도 아주 굿입니다. 덕분에 즐거운 여행 잘 즐기다갑니다😆

We had a fantastic 2-night stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had all the essentials for a relaxing getaway. The host was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely a stay we’d recommend to others and would love to come back again!
