Great Place!! I had a wonderful stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The check-in process was straightforward, with clear instructions that made getting in super simple. The place itself was spotless and well-kept, with a modern, cozy feel that made it easy to settle in right away. One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was absolutely beautiful and added a really peaceful vibe to the whole stay. The location was also really convenient, with shops and stores just a short walk away, which made grabbing essentials or a quick bite incredibly easy. Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing experience, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed place to stay.

A very good and safe location, just walking distance to the mall. The surrounding is very clean and good security. Chona respond me when we have Internet problems although the number that they provided didn't work but still they addressed my concerns, overalls it was a pleasant stay we appreciate it.

I had a great stay here. The check-in process was very easy and smooth. The room was clean and had a nice view from the balcony. The shower was also very good, with strong water pressure and warm water. The location is also good, close to the IT Park and Ayala malls where you can find many restaurants and nice places to relax. I have no complaints. The host was very responsive to my questions. It’s really worth staying here.

Excellent location. the apartment had everything we needed. Julie-An was great. The internet was down during our stay but that was related to the provider and not our host. We had cell reception and were fine without internet.

The condo at Baseline is fantastic. Clean, comfortable and easy to walk to restaurants etc. I will definitely be staying with Janice again.

If you are going to Bacolod, look no further. This is it. One Regis is in the most Beautiful part of the town. The Condo has everything you need, the host is super nice. The Security are very friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool. 7-11 downstairs. Most of all, the view is awesome. I loved sitting at the window and watch the outside. I hope to be back again. Don’t read anymore reviews on Airbnb. Just book it.

My wife and I had a great stay at Jerry's place! The flat was super clean, just like the pictures, and the building has 24/7 security. Highly recommend!

I'm usually in Cebu once every 3 months, and this place has become my home away from home. This was my 4th (?) time staying in this unit, and like how clean and homey it feels. I like the place because it feels homey. It’s also close to the school where I took my exam and near several restaurants. The area is very safe and quiet.

Excellent host, very responsive! We needed additional towels and the host was there the same day to hand deliver the towels! The condo was neat and clean and the Air Con in the living room and bedroom was perfect!

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

The place feels like home! It has everything you need. From kitchen utensils, linens, extra bed, free access to subdivision ameneties and more. Most importantly, it's peaceful. It's a few kilometers away from Bohol Beach Club, Oceanica and Alona Beach. There's also a private resort near the subdivision which is great for morning walks.

May's place was perfect for our family. Address provided might not pull up on Google maps but guards at the entrance of the subdivision were helpful directing us to where the house was located. The subdivision felt safe; we walked around with our 2 yr old to the playground quite often. Check in was a breeze, lots of starter supplies. House is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a stay. We were a party of 8 and were super comfortable. They even provided 2- 5gal bottles of drinking water which was very helpful. Co-host Grace was quick to reply to and resolve any questions or issues. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Bacolod. Thank you May & Grace!

A large house in a secure, gated community. Host communicates well, self check in was easy. The only thing to note, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is positioned as an extension of the master bedroom and doesn’t have a direct access (you have to go through master bedroom to get to it). Over all a decent house that I would happily recommend!

It was a great experience staying at Joel’s place. Me and my family enjoyed a relaxing afternoon with a swim and singing on their karaoke. Me and my boys loved that Pool table challenge as well as our little exercise in the gym. The car to use for 500 pesos made our food and snacks shopping easy. House is perfect for a big group. It is nice and tidy. Swimming pool is cleaned every after we use them. Caretaker is very helpful and always there when we needed her. I definitely come back again. Thanks so much!

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.
