Townhome vacation rentals in Central Visayas

We were fortunate to have booked Chona’s place for 3 weeks. Even before our trip, Chona was very accommodating and patient with all my queries. Their place is the perfect place to call “home away from home”. There was enough space for our family of five to not feel claustrophobic. She has a beautiful outdoor space, garden and a friendly dog named Covi that made us feel right at home. There is a sari-sari store across that sold water gallons which was very convenient. Aside from the bumpy road that leads to her place, which wasn’t so bad if you imagine it as a roller coaster ride, her place and the people around are warm and welcoming. For a family that has not traveled outside of Manila since March 2020, with qualms of being outside our comfort zone, Chona’s place was a cozy retreat and Chona and her family blessings.

It would be nice to have the kitchen stocked either utensils/storage boxes, sharp knives, pots, etc. Also would have been nice to have a washing machine.

The place is exactly what we needed during our short stay in Cebu. The host is very accommodating.

Jerica's place is one of the best airbnbs that Bacolod has to offer. In addition, Jerica is a very kind and considerate host. Jerica's place is modern, spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. It's like a home away from home and perfect for a family or barkada getaway. Communication was smooth and Jerica always responded in a timely manner. Will definitely book again when we come back to the City of Smiles!

For the price that TaTa listed it, I felt that the house was worth way more. I loved the location, the flexible check in (upon request), and just the overall vibe of the house. It had aircon and WiFi which I both needed to survive working remotely. Lastly, TaTa was very helpful regarding my queries and even gave helpful information ahead of time. Will definitely recommend!

The place was superb! We didn't expect that much but we were surprise with how the big it was. It was a very comfortable home with lots of kitchen tools we need.

We had a great 2-night stay at Sherry’s place! The location was convenient, and what you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Sherry was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smoother. The only thing to note is that there’s just one shared comfort room for all guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a short, budget-friendly getaway.

Host was very hospitable and quick to respond to our queries. They made sure that our stay was great. Will book again in the future.

I highly recommend this place if you have a large family and your own transport, as it is a safe community with 24/7 security. However, a few improvements could be made: Regular monthly maintenance inspections to avoid any issues for guests. Provide basic cleaning supplies like a broom or mop, especially in the kitchen, as it can get messy when cooking. Label cupboards to make it easier to find items, especially plates, bowls and cups. Ensure drinking water is stocked; we had to buy three gallons, and it would be helpful to be informed in advance or offer a complimentary supply. These are just suggestions to enhance the guest experience, not negative comments. Overall, the place was amazing, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Clean and affordable. if you use grab, you can move your car to the front of the house. There is also a large grocery store nearby, so there is no inconvenience. I intend to use it again.

The host's sister was responsive, kind, considerate and helpful. The place is nice and quiet for a short stay. The area is bigger than expected. We were really comfortable with our stay.

Me and my wife stayed at Divina's townhome. Everything was as described. It was very very quiet, great for sleeping. Fast internet and nice tv. Everything was supplied ! Everything ! All we had to do was buy our food. Cold AC and a very large bed which is important to me, I am 6'2" tall so I really appreciated that. So great to have washer and dryer. Sari Sari store 20 seconds walk across the road from the place ! Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables out on the main road. Pharmacy across the street and a couple places close by to buy groceries. Very comfortable place to stay ! The free motorbike was nice so we could take off whenever we wanted. A very nice experience for us, we will stay again :) Thank you Divina

Me and my friends had a great stay

This place is incredible! Great value for what you get, incredible views everywhere, nice pool with view, great water access for doing a little snorkeling and they provide free snorkeling equipment which we took a vantage of! There's a really cool cave/crevice to explore right down at the water. They rent scooters there which was super important for us to go and explore the island, I'd say the only downside for some people would be is once you are at the resort you really need transportation to get anywhere it's not walking distance to much of anything. For us that was no biggie at all. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, overall great experience I would go back there for sure.

I again had a great stay at Liza and Bill's place. They are wonderful, the place is great (see my previous review). The house is very spacious, very well furnished, very clean and well kept. The yard is kept spotless and the pool is cleaned at least daily. The area is very peaceful, my girlfriend was going at sunrise to walk alone without a single issue. I also discovered an extremely attractive aspect of staying there. I took a tricycle to the main market in Bohol at the central bus station. It is incredible! I bought 8 prawns a kilo! Everything fresh! Oysters, clams, lobsters, crabs, red snapper, blue snapper - catch of the day (or night, rather). Fresh meat, chicken, fruit and vegetables. And the prices are incredibly low. Let me summarize: great place, great hosts, peaceful neighborhood, and if you like to cook or grill, great and cheap everything. If you don't like to cook, there are many excellent restaurants around. And the rent is excellent, so one gets great value.

The townhouse, with its 3 floors and surplus of rooms for our group of 8ish friends, was perfect for our long weekend in Cebu. Nearly all rooms had an en-suite bathroom stocked with toiletries and towels. Wifi service was strong, with extenders carrying the bandwidth of up to 10 people online at once. Each room is also equipped with a smart tv, with which the guests were able to stream videos and movies. The common area downstairs is spacious, with plenty of tables, seating areas, a complete kitchen, and a water dispenser. Upon arriving after a late night flight, we were relieved to find that our hosts had provided us with food and drink (bananas, bread, tea, coffee). Our hosts, Jeric Rei and Alice, were very responsive to inquiries and even accommodated our request for late checkout. With its central location (easy to Grab to and from the address) and complete amenities, we’d readily recommend this home for future trips to Cebu. Thank you and we hope to be back sooner than later!

Townhouse of Tula's will be one of our top choices for staying in the Dumaguete area. The townhouse is well-maintained, well-stocked, and beautiful. Thank you so much. My wife and I were both able to work-from-home, cook-at-home, and relax with Netflix for the week we were there. I liked being in the Sibulan area, less traffic and noise versus downtown Dumaguete, but still close to restaurants and grocery shopping at City Mall's Save More. Great location and REALLY great home away from home.

For Bohol stay especially in Panglao this place is ok and can help you move around easily as it is easy to drive in here less traffic unlike in the downtown of panglao near alona, much more peaceful Host is easy to talk and deal with, very flexible and considerate 👍

The place is right in center of where we need to be; but kind of hard to locate, luckily the caretaker, Tita Bing, was very clear with her instructions to our driver. This is perfect for big groups that also need privacy from each other.— Cold AC; has water heater (although kind of low water pressure), complete with blankets, towels, complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, and bottled water— almost like a hotel accommodation. Plus, Tita Bing is great, she was always available. Our team was veeerrry late in checking in (our apologies), but she was always a call away. Would stay here again. x

Ken is the best host I have ever had with an Airbnb experience. I would recommend a longer stay here for sure. Ken and Catherine are so nice and genuine. they will show you around the area and tell you what you need to know. I am so please to have booked this unit as it has developed friendships with the owners. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Do not hesitate, book this unit.
