Beautiful apartment with sea view

Large living room with high-end convertible sofa bed, independent kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, "Dolce Gusto" espresso machine, Two bedrooms with respectively a large bed of one meter 60 and two separate beds. A large bathroom with sink and washing machine. Separate toilet. Cupboards and storage. Large veranda with sea view furnished with garden furniture and table for lunch. Bike storage Modern and neat decor. Great comfort.

Sea View Apartment

Pleasant 30 m² studio cabin equipped with 2 to 5 beds on the cliff of Saint Hilaire de Riez facing the sea and the setting sun. The beach is 50 m away. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator access. It is a 5-minute walk from the bakery, shops and Sion-sur-l'Océan market. It is also a 10-minute drive from St Gilles Croix de Vie with its shops, fishing port, little train, restaurants and shuttle to Ile d'Yeu. No pets allowed.

Sea-facing Corniche Vendéenne

T3 completely renovated in June 2025, facing the sea on the Vendée cliff between St Gilles Croix de Vie and Le Bourg de Sion sur Océan. The beach, walks at the foot of the apartment, Sion shops within 1 km, St Gilles train station within 3.5 km. Panoramic sea views. Please note, the balcony is unfortunately not accessible this summer due to a problem with a railing of an apartment equipped with a loggia (which is not our case).

This refurbished accommodation offers a relaxing stay or teleworking (WiFi + Orange fiber), sea view for the whole family. All shops and services are within walking distance, in the village of Sion-sur-l'Océan. Coffee and tea are at your disposal, as well as a cleaning kit. Linens and towels are available for a fee. Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request No pets allowed (no exceptions for allergy reasons).

Close to the center of Sion and its market. Close to many seaside, playful and cultural activities, the accommodation is ideally located for exploring the Vendee. A nice house recently renovated, well appointed and connected. A 3-minute walk from the beach of Sion l'Océan (Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez), this house is ideal for a stay in the open air with friends or family with older children (access to the house is not closed). The property has 4 beds + a sofa on the floor that can be used as a bed. A pleasant seaside house with all the comforts. Free parking on site.
