The apartment is on the first floor without elevator access. It is a 5-minute walk from the bakery, shops and Sion-sur-l'Océan market. It is also a 10-minute drive from St Gilles Croix de Vie with its shops, fishing port, little train, restaurants and shuttle to Ile d'Yeu. No pets allowed.
