Ein eigener Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. An heißen Tagen kann man sich in der Naab wunderbar erfrischen! Von hier aus kann man schöne Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren und Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen. Das Zentrum von Regensburg ist mit dem Rad schnell zu erreichen (6km), mit dem Auto in 15 min.

The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
