Brand new apartment in the middle of the countryside by the creek. Quiet and very rural location. Good parking, spacious premises and friendly neighbors. We will be happy to come back sometime!

I was in the accommodation with my two kids and everything was great and completely sufficient for us. Very high-quality kitchen utensils. So cooking was fun. Beautiful bathroom and overall very helpful hosts. Highly recommended!

This house is absolutely as you hope it will be when you see the photos. My wife and 2 year old daughter were very content to spend days on the property, gazing at the river, listening to the birds, and playing in the garden. This is a beautiful house with good natural light, very clean, quiet, and well maintained. I must call attention to the radiant heating system, which is more comfortable than anything I have experienced. A relaxing escape we hope to return to in the future.

Bright and friendly apartment in a quiet residential area .. nevertheless it is located directly on the railway line, it was very quiet .. it was all available, what you need for a weekend .. stop for bus and train in 5 minutes reachable and comes so fast and uncomplicated in the city .. that was very clean .. Jana welcomed us warmly .. and communication was always friendly and very fast .. THANK YOU !!!

Great, centrally located place for a perfect stay/ work trip. Instructions were clear and both check in and check out was smooth. Leo/ Johannes were really friendly and responsive to my request to drop off my luggage earlier than the check-in time. The place is centrally located with the central train station, Arcade mall, university and main attractions minutes away. Would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable stay near the city center.

We had a great time with Sandra and Raphael! We fully agree with the previous reviewers. The house is beautiful, very spacious, beautiful and tastefully decorated with furniture that has been restored by themselves, as well as the house and the associated buildings. A house to fall in love with a dike of a wood stove and a lovely (large) bed. We were only there for a few days and felt so at home that it looked like it was longer. Sandra and Rafael are incredibly hospitable, sweet and creative people. In an interesting conversation about antique furniture and their history, I learned a lot, which I take home with me. Thank you both for your kindness, thinking along and being part of your beautiful project for a while!

We had three great days at the place, which was really clean, very nice and cozy. From there, you can also quickly get to Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Amberg or Hersbruck, where we were at the spa. The host was very accommodating and friendly. An all-round relaxing girlfriend vacation :)

We had a very good time in the spacious and cozy apartment of Thomas Alfred. The location is great for forays through the beautiful old town of Regensburg. We can only recommend the apartment.

The small apartment of Katharina and Max was ideal for our stopover on the return trip to Berlin. Max welcomed us very warmly and gave helpful tips for the evening. We had a very pleasant stay. For a short trip to Regensburg, we highly recommend the accommodation. A bakery, restaurant and grocery stores are within walking distance. The city center is also not too far away. We spent the Pentecost holidays with Stefan and Nici as a family with our 1-year-old daughter and a couple of friends. Lovingly furnished apartment with an eye for detail. It was all very clean and very well equipped. There was even a play corner, baby dishes, a changing table and a crib. Nici greeted us in a friendly way. There was a welcome drink in the fridge and there was fruit with it. We also received helpful tips for activities and restaurants nearby. Despite the constant rain, we felt very full and highly recommend the stay!

We stayed with Tom at the Airbnb for an extended weekend and felt very comfortable. The location is quiet but still well connected. For us, it was great that the kitchen is so well equipped - so we could cook without any problems. We experienced Tom as very warm and hospitable. We liked it, happy to come back :)

Our vacation was simply great. The accommodation is sparkling clean in a great location and the surroundings offer many leisure activities. Everything was thought of in the furnishings, our dog felt - as we did - very comfortable. 😊

Check-in was hassle-free, we were allowed to use a parking bay directly. The apartment was very nice and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped - everything you needed was easy to find. There is a 2nd small apartment, Liz also lives in the house - that's just good to know. There was a nicely laid out chicken coop, which our son was very enthusiastic about. It is recommended to have the whirlpool explained in peace. The surroundings are quiet and the view is beautiful - you can relax here! We highly recommend a trip to the zoo or Playmobil Funpark. In the Playmobil Funpark, it is better to take a change of clothes with you - because there is a lot to play with water. Liz was friendly and available for questions.

Doris is a very friendly host. The apartment is great and clean. It is exactly as in the pictures. I had a very good stay! I strongly recommend it!

Andrea was very welcoming and you definitely can see how much attention to detail she has put into every room. We liked the whole experience with whirlpool, terrace and the free Netflix. We would definitely recommend it anyone, who wants some fun and quiet time :))
