Beautiful, open old building apartment with special character over several levels. The location is perfect – right on the Danube and in the middle of the old town. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and terrace, ideal for relaxing after a city stroll. Highly recommended!

We love Barbara’s apartment! This was the 4th time that we stayed there - it’s our home away from home. Barbara and her husband are lovely people - friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect - near 2 bakeries, 2 Italian restaurants and Kneitingers. It is also easy to walk all around Regensburg. We highly recommend it!

Communication with Audrey was great. Good location. We were able to park the car around the corner on the weekend. Apartment can accommodate 2 + 2. The couch downstairs is pull-out and is a reasonable "emergency solution" Small beverage refrigerator that hummed a bit at night. I've unplugged it. The accommodation is well suited for a few days.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is cosy, clean, comfy bed, great shower and we had all we needed for our self contained stay. Patrizia was extremely helpful with suggestions for the area. We had a fabulous walk from the apartment to Walhalla and back via an old castle. We had a wonderful stay at Tanja’s place. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Tanja was very responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout the whole process. She kindly adjusted our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip even more convenient. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. The location is serene,beautiful and private.

I was very comfortable, on arrival I had a technical problem with the kitchen and Dimitri solved it instantly, he is very friendly. Check in is easy, and put the keys in the box on the pull out, it's good because if you forget something you can come back without problems. In addition, the cleaning lady lives next door and spoke my language (Spanish) which made things easier for me when I had that problem. It is a small department but for a few days it is highly recommended. I would come back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very cozy, but modern. We especially loved the automatic pellet stove, which provided comfort in the morning and evening. The landlord responded immediately and very friendly to a request. We will definitely be back! Family B.

Great house (as described) with sensational garden right on the Danube. Everything was available and the reception and contact with the host Mr. Beslmeisl was great. Close to shopping (Rewe). For restaurants, however, you have to go/drive to the old town of Kelheim. I'm sure we'll be back.

We recently stayed 5 nights at the Hideaway in the Heart of Landshut. The house was truly wonderful! We went with 5 people spanning 3 generations and the setup was perfect. The ground floor and 1st floor are almost like separate apartments so worked great to have Grandparents on the bottom floor, parents on the first floor (second floor for you Americans) and the kids in the top attic floor. The proximity to the old city of Landshut was amazing! 1 minute walk to the Cathedral of St. Martin’s. Restaurants close everywhere and shopping as well. The Amenities were also terrific. The Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, and appliances to satisfy everyone including washer/dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. In addition parking is included in a nearby garage. My family and I highly recommend this destination and will be coming back again soon.

Beautiful house in a very quiet area. You do your shopping a little further away, but you get the peace and quiet in return. The horses that occasionally came to graze in the garden (they first ask if you are okay with that) made it complete. Highly recommended for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers.

If you are looking for a relaxed accommodation with a few people, you will be super satisfied here. The house and furniture are a bit older, but very clean. The sauna use was also great!:)

We were traveling as a large family with 3 generations. I had to clarify two things in advance because of traveling with a toddler and immediately got an answer and a helpful concession. Then we arrived and ALL felt at home immediately. The apartment is beautifully located and really practical and cozy. Communication 1a. You are immediately at the Isar and can walk along the water to the city center. The garden is a real feel-good garden. The equipment for pastime for all 3 generations phenomenal - from picture book to Playstation to very traditional street chalk, grill and badminton and much more. I look forward to staying here again at the next family reunion in Landshut. Thank you!!!

We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the place is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - those were our highlights! Also important: The pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighborhood cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

Great quiet location, with beautiful wide views over the fields and beautiful sunsets. Despite the little water, the small pond invited us to observe various animals and the birds of prey were also great to watch. Helene was also very friendly and interested in our well-being. We will be happy to come back!!

Highly recommended! Very nice and quiet, nearby there are restaurants, an ice cream parlor and bakery. You can walk super, great surroundings! Nearby is Munich, Ingolstadt and more :) it's worth it! The hosts are super friendly and everything was very clean and in the kitchen everything you need is available. I'd love to come back :)

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

It was as shown. A lot of smart-home features are installed in the apartment. We got along just fine. The dining table is huge, generous space. The bells of the numerous churches in the neighborhood are silent from 10 pm to 6 am. At first, I thought parking would be a problem. But it wasn't, and a free parking space was soon found. The stay was very satisfactory, as was the communication with the landlord.

It's a gorgeous apartment! Simply super nicely decorated, you immediately feel at home. It was all spotlessly clean. The surroundings and the location were great. Quiet location, nice parking situation and very quiet. The roller blinds on the windows made it possible to darken everything well. In the kitchen there was everything, cooking utensils really at their best. We'd love to come back next time! I would highly recommend anyone.
