We walked to the location by foot. It was a bit hard to find because we were new to the area (and tired from the train ride… and the pouring rain didn’t help), but once we got our bearings we realized the photo of the front door provided by the hosts was actually the door right beside us. We entered the code given and opened the door to a lovely reception from Ian at the desk. He gave us all the details about the place…breakfast, snacks throughout the, other tidbits….and then showed us to the room. The room, accessed by a winding staircase was on the first level…huge big bathroom, very comfy bed and peaceful. Breakfasts were perfect and gave us a fresh start to the day. Staff were wonderful….kind and thoughtful. Neighbourhood was residential but so so close to the hustle and bustle of busier areas. Would highly recommend.

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Our bedroom had a real spa and luxury feel to it and was filled with lots of lovely Rituals products in the bathroom. There was also free water in the room, Netflix on the TV, a big comfy bed, and in general it was super, super clean. The staff who greeted us were so lovely too, and even helped with our bags! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Bica's place comfortable and cozy we felt right at home! The location is superb with everything in walking distance. Claudia was my contact person and she was very responsive, helpful, and there was even a bottle of sparkling wine to welcome us! We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.

The location is very walkable to the Praça do Comércio, Lisbon Cathedral and the Castle of San Jorge. The room has great storage for an extended stay and very comfortable accommodations. The included breakfast is fantastic! We definitely recommend!

The hotel is centrally located, from where you can get to the nearest bus stop, metro, bar or restaurant very quickly. We really appreciated the staff as they went out of their way and were very friendly. There was a good selection at breakfast. The room was extremely well maintained, spacious and in a quiet location. Thank you!

Had an amazing stay at the Estoril Luxury Suites and Spa, Fabio was an incredible host, he was really flexible with check in and check out and helpful across the board. His staff were amazing and the included breakfast was comprehensive and private. If you had a car it is very easy to travel around to all the local hotspots of Estoril, Cascais, Sintra and even Lisbon. Would highly reccomend staying here as it was honestly a perfect experience in Portugal.

Great location as it’s a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station on ghetto green line, and in walkable distance of a grocery store. I had a problem with my room key and the cleaning staff were quick to rectify the problem on the day of my check in. Very friendly staff. The room and bathroom is clean and well looked after. I would happily stay here again.

Mis amigas y yo estuvimos encantadas. Tuvimos un problema con otro alojamiento y a pesar de la hora (era tarde por la noche) nos atendieron y ayudaron en todo momento ya que contestaban super rápido. Además cuentan con llegada autónoma que eso siempre es muy cómodo. La habitación muy espaciosa e impecable al igual que el baño. Recomendaría a toda la gente que conozco hospedarse aquí. Todo limpio, ordenado y los trabajadores super amables, gracias a todos ellos pudimos disfrutar de nuestra estancia en Lisboa, ¡esperamos volver pronto!

Great location and value for money. excellent service !!!! by myself it was good bed and good appartement, but next time I will take room at higher floor with more space. small in between walls/open air terass was excellent place for a glass of wine and had great talk with other visitors! great next to metro!!

Buena atencion, y limpieza. La zona un poco decaida, pero es bien comunicada y hay algunos restaurantes muy buenos. El ambiente puede asustar por que hay muchas personas viviendo en la calle pero fue muy tranquilo la verdad. Me hospedaria nuevamente con razon del costo-beneficio

Estuve solo un par de noches, pero me pareció un lugar muy conveniente para alojarse. La cama era cómoda, el baño (privado, pero en el pasillo) funcionaba perfectamente. La ubicación es excelente, a cinco minutos del metro e incluso para quienes gustan de explorar la ciudad caminando, es posible llegar a algunos de los puntos turísticos más importantes. Volvería a quedarme en este lugar sin duda alguna.
