We had such an amazing stay at Heather's place. The accommodation was impeccably clean and fully equipped, including towels, beach chairs, and a well-stocked kitchen. There was a TV with lots of viewing choices. We had access to the laundry (they furnished the pods and dryer sheets). The bed was very comfortable. Overall, I definitely recommend this place. Heather and her mom, Kathy, were quick to respond; I would definitely go back.

St. Martin es muy conocido por su playa icónica (Maho) donde sientes que los aviones rosan tu cabeza y puedes sentir la fuerza de sus turbinas al despegar. Pues ésta playa está a 10 minutos caminando. Y tienes la otra playa (Simpson) frente a tí, a sólo 20 metros. Por otro lado, el apartamento tienen 2 balcones. Uno con una bella vista hacia la playa Simpson y el otro muy grande frente al aeropueto Pricess Jiliana, que para los amantes de los aviones, es un sueño. a A sólo 2km de la terminal del aeropuerto, hasta puedes llegar caminando si lo deseas. El 1er vuelo entra a las 7am, pero no es nada molesto. Los aviones grandes llegan despúes de las 11am, así que ningún problema para descansar. Luego de las 6pm, ya no entran vuelos grandes, sólo vuelos locales pequeños que no molestan. El apartamento es pequeño pero cómodo, la habitación es amplia y muy fresca. La cocina es pequeña, pero tiene todo lo que se necesita para cualquier tiempo de comida. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Had a great time in SXM. Eric was an excellent host and accessible at all times. Provided information about activities on the island and guided us in the right direction. Private beach bar in short walking distance (Awesome). Will definitely stay again next visit!

Amazing. So close walking distance to a bunch of beaches, and nice night life area. Private, luxurious, and felt very safe since it was a gated community. Absolutely adorable condo and friendly neighbors. Highly highly recommend and we will be coming back! Perfect location.

Margaret's condo was easy to access with a very friendly reception that was ready to welcome us a little earlier than the normal check in time. The home was beautifully updated and clean with great views over the ocean, and we enjoyed all the amenities available with the connected JW Marriott resort. Highly recommend!

My stay at Smaart Vacation exceeded my expectations. Everything was as it was described on the booking site. The view was breathtaking! The property was in the perfect location. It was a lot to do in the area. I will book with them again in the near future. Look no further for a perfect stay in SXM.

Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. Peaceful love the sound of the ocean at night. Fun to watch the airplanes come by after landing and tiring around. The beach is beautiful and the privacy is second to none.

Nous étions 9 et avons passés un excellent séjour. Les espaces etaient suffisamments grands, un plus pour la grande table de la cuisine qui a pu nous reunir tous autour des repas. La vue est magnifique et le double salon un atout. Merci pour ce séjour

Fantastic stay at AquaMarina! The location is fantastic, as its very close to restaurants and nightlife. The pool is beautiful. It's also walkable to padel and pickleball courts. The unit itself was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Our Host Jamila was very responsive and made checking in and out very easy. 10/10 experience.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

I was well pleased with my stay. The pictures were a true indication of what the place looked like. The view is spectacular. Best part of the stay. The place was very clean. The overall building is somewhat dated but that doesn’t take away from the unit itself. Maya was very responsive when I messaged her. The location is perfect to access both the Dutch and the French side. A market, shops, and restaurants all within minutes away. I also loved that Maya recommended a car rental company that was readily available when we landed. Check-in was simple and easy. I would definitely stay here again when I visit.

Absolutely beautiful condo w/an incredible view of the Caribbean Ocean, the stunning, infinity pool (only 2 years old), and nearby Mullet Bay Beach (our favorite)! Great communication with host; very clean and relaxing place! Host was kind to provide some extra essentials - much appreciated! Check in was easy, but FYI as we didn’t realize all breakers must be turned on for AC (operator error/minor detail). Pool noise does carry up to the balcony, but cannot hear inside (not the host’s fault/quiet early am and after sunset). Fantastic location as your walkable to a grocery store (<5 mins), Port O’ Cupecoy(15-20 mins/slightly less $ store), Fat Tony’s & bakery in Jordan Village (15mins), Mullet Bay Beach(15 mins) w/calm turquoise waters), and a 30 mins stroll to Maho Village & Bay Beach! Loved the place & hope to stay on future SXM adventures! Thank you, John, for sharing your “slice of Heaven!”

The unit is exactly as advertised - large, spacious and right on the beach. I couldn't have asked for a better Simpson Bay experience. Friendly neighborhood with everything I needed within walking distance. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Marianne is truely a superhost and very helpful throughout my stay.

Great location, comfortable unit! It’s not a fancy resort but you’re right near the beach and the best food/nightlife in St Maarten.

Our host was absolutely amazing. The place looks just like the pictures. Any questions or concerns that we had was answered within an hour or so. The pool was nice and clean. We had complimentary WiFi and drinks in the fridge along with chips. Our host was super sweet and made us feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend this place for others to book!
