Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Sint Maarten

Literally Steps away from the beach, great location on one of the best beaches (Simpson bay) in Sint Maarten, location was perfect for us, walking distance to many things but do highly recommend a car rental too explore the many thing the Island has to offer. As for the unit it was perfect for my wife and I for our 4 week stay, everything we needed to make it feel like home. Exactly as described in listing and like the fact it had a bar-b on the rooftop deck which was fantastic for watching the airplanes coming and going as well as the beautiful sunsets. Mark and Roshitha were fantastic to deal with and very responsive when needed with a wealth of info on the Island. Very hard to leave after a 4 week stay and will 100% rent from again. Kathy’s place was amazing! We loved the private back patio with the outdoor shower and the apartment was clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. It is walking distance to restaurants, food markets, and the beach. Kathy and Zack were great hosts: they were responsive to our texts when we needed them, and they also helped out when we had an emergency accident. We definitely recommend Kathy’s place! We had an amazing stay here and were so glad we skipped the mega resorts in favor of a boutique stay. This location is amazing, still in Simpson Bay but far enough from the airport to get a restful night of sleep. We loved having the grocery store downstairs and the ability to walk to restaurants. The room is huge and has a full kitchen and even a dishwasher. The air conditioners look brand new and worked well. Mattress was very comfortable and I appreciated the blackout curtains. We enjoyed getting to use the hot tubs on property after a day of exploring, they are kept very hot which I appreciated since I have a back injury. There was security on site and a 24 hour front desk. We hope to return soon!

Kathy is truly an all-star host who thought about every detail. There was ice in the freezer and a few beverages in the refrigerator when we arrived after a long travel day. We had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. We really appreciated the cooler, freezer packs, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Kathy is super knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations during our stay. She has a packet available when you arrive that will provide information for just about anything you might need to know or want to do during your visit. We enjoyed Kathy’s interesting furnishings and accent pieces as well as the outdoor patio area. The outdoor shower was nice to have too, to rinse off after a day at the beach. The market next door was an awesome convenience that we absolutely loved and used daily. There was a really nice variety of supplies available and we cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely visit again & I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Our stay started with a minor hiccup, but our host handled it with incredible professionalism and care. They immediately arranged for us to be transferred to a luxurious hotel at no extra cost, ensuring our comfort and peace of mind. The Airbnb was impeccably clean, with cozy and a well-maintained space that made our stay truly enjoyable. Unexpected situations can arise anywhere, but the way this host prioritized our experience and went above and beyond to resolve it was truly impressive. We frequent the Maho Beach area at least twice a year and it always gets better and better. Our stay was superb. The place was immaculate and I try to stay in the same complex when I go to St. Maarten. The host is always helpful and checking in on you to make sure you have the best stay ever. When we go to Maho Beach we are usually out and about and only go back to the apartment to freshen up and sleep and go back out the next day. Everything in the apartment was well thought out for their guests...from the fresh pool towels to appliances in the kitchen should you want to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this Airbnb. I think the only thing was the bed. My son said it was too hard but I guess this is a matter of perspective and preference. You will not regret it. Great location! Grocery store and many restaurants are all on the same strip in walkable distance!! Left plenty of necessities like towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and dish soap. Over all great place to stay!!
