Great location. Within walking distance of everything in Philipsburg. The room was clean. Good bath room and large shower space! Super soft giant towels. Felt really really luxurous. 💖💖 Ladies from the reception were extremely kind. We were later than 1800 to check in; we rang and they came 😊😊 and we were leaving, they arranged a taxi to come pick us up as well! Shieka's next door is a great breakfast and lunch place. Highly highly recommend. Do try the Johnny cake with salted fish, egg and bacon! Overall, we had a great stay. Quite a bargain price wise during regatta week also. We had a wonderful time in St Maarten. Mark is a great host, friendly, helpful, always quick to respond. We loved the resident pets. Keeping the inside doors closed to keep the ac on was a bit awkward and took some getting used to but was ok…would have liked some ac in the bathroom. The condo is well located for both the beach and watching the planes take off. Sunsets from the Topdeck can’t be beat. If we make it back to St Maarten, we’d stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was seamless and hassle-free, which set the tone for a relaxing visit. The location is fantastic—just a short drive to the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While the area is great, a vehicle is a must-have. Overall, an excellent experience—I would absolutely book again!

Jisk was absolutely a great host! Such a nice space for single traveler or traveling as a pair. Easy access to grocery stores, different beaches, and restaurants. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical since this listing had no reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The villa was easy to get to and was about a 30-minute drive from the airport. The villa was roomy and had everything we needed. Each room had its own bathroom, which was nice and there was a washer that was convenient . The living room was big enough to sit us comfortably. The pictures don’t give the view justice. I highly recommend viewing the sunset and sunrise. We had dinner at the nearby restaurant on the French side called Oasis. We definitely will be back.

Peter was a very good host and very reactive by chat. The room is next by the pool in Peter house, it’s quiet. The neighborhood of Cole Bay is very convenient, everything around, supermarket Carrefour, fast food just in front of the house. If you are looking for a real experience of St Marteens, this is the place to stay. Bus stop in front of Peter House will take you to Philipsburg. 5 min walk bus stop will take you to Maho and Marigot.

Great stay in this familial house that is now proposed as an Airbnb by Helene. Everything matches the description and Helene answers all questions, even during the stay. Really great value for money if you want to have a stay in typical Saint-Martin house. Access is easy and can be autonomous.

Brianna's flat was great. If you want to experience the real St. Maarten and not the overpriced hotel bubbles, you have to rent from Brianna. The entire flat is very clean. You have a good kitchen, with gas cooker, microwave, fridge ... The toilet and shower are 3 metres from the flat. But it's all yours. Brianna is very accommodating and very helpful. I had forgotten my travel plug. Brianna was able to help immediately. Brianna has a taxi licence and will pick you up from the airport. Two small supermarkets are just a few minutes' walk away. I felt at home from the very first minute. Unfortunately, I was only there for one day.

The place was exactly as described. It was clean, bright and had the most beautiful views! The location was fairly easy to find once you get used to it, highly recommend you get a car as the constant hills can be an issue if you have problems walking. Location is close to all of the action and very central to some of the best beaches of the island. Isabelle was extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions, I will absolutely be returning back here next time I'm back!

I enjoyed my stay so much !! She was so responsive and very much flexible with me in regard to what was going on the day I arrived. The bnb looked just like the picture and was super clean. I would definitely stay again! Not to mention the area was super peaceful !! :)

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. Near restaurant and many attractions. Isabelle took the time to show us around when we arrived and her recommendations were top notch. Sunsets are unbeatable. Would recommend and stay at without any hesitation. LOVE SXM!

Beautiful stay , the location is a 10/10 right next to restaurant, supermarket,bars , & clubs , home was clean , the host isabelle was great & gave me a list of recommendations , definitely would book again
