Literally Steps away from the beach, great location on one of the best beaches (Simpson bay) in Sint Maarten, location was perfect for us, walking distance to many things but do highly recommend a car rental too explore the many thing the Island has to offer. As for the unit it was perfect for my wife and I for our 4 week stay, everything we needed to make it feel like home. Exactly as described in listing and like the fact it had a bar-b on the rooftop deck which was fantastic for watching the airplanes coming and going as well as the beautiful sunsets. Mark and Roshitha were fantastic to deal with and very responsive when needed with a wealth of info on the Island. Very hard to leave after a 4 week stay and will 100% rent from again. Hope to return soon, Thanks again Mark & Roshitha.

Pelin is an amazing host. Her rental is beautiful and the patio was so relaxing. we watched iguana and even saw one monkey. the pool was gorgeous and the bed so comfortable. we had an amazing time exploring the island and coming back to the rental to relax. thank you

We had a wonderful host Rosemarina and her family. We enjoyed the airplanes, walks on the beach, D’s beach bar which had chairs/ umbrellas. Maho beach is walking distance. We will definitely come back to stay.

Jisk was absolutely a great host! Such a nice space for single traveler or traveling as a pair. Easy access to grocery stores, different beaches, and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great stay in this familial house that is now proposed as an Airbnb by Helene. Everything matches the description and Helene answers all questions, even during the stay. Really great value for money if you want to have a stay in typical Saint-Martin house. Access is easy and can be autonomous.

Brianna's flat was great. If you want to experience the real St. Maarten and not the overpriced hotel bubbles, you have to rent from Brianna. The entire flat is very clean. You have a good kitchen, with gas cooker, microwave, fridge ... The toilet and shower are 3 metres from the flat. But it's all yours. Brianna is very accommodating and very helpful. I had forgotten my travel plug. Brianna was able to help immediately. Brianna has a taxi licence and will pick you up from the airport. Two small supermarkets are just a few minutes' walk away. I felt at home from the very first minute. Unfortunately, I was only there for one day.

The place was exactly as described. It was clean, bright and had the most beautiful views! The location was fairly easy to find once you get used to it, highly recommend you get a car as the constant hills can be an issue if you have problems walking. Location is close to all of the action and very central to some of the best beaches of the island. Isabelle was extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions, I will absolutely be returning back here next time I'm back!

I recently completed a lovely trip in Sint Maarten for 6 days! Isa was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my entire stay. She provided me with recommendations for activities and reliable forms of transportation. She is kind and really wants her guests to have a great time on the island which I most certainly did. The apartment was just as described and shown in the pictures. I had no complaints. Definitely consider booking a stay with Isa. You will have a splendid, stress-free time!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very quiet, lovely pool and patio to enjoy the sunset, breakfast and the afternoon sun. Recommend a car if you want to explore. You can however taxi there and walk to some restaurants. We explored the island so enjoyed a car. The laundry was useful as we stayed 6 days and then moved to the other side of the island for another 6 days. Everything was very clean and the host is very responsive.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. Near restaurant and many attractions. Isabelle took the time to show us around when we arrived and her recommendations were top notch. Sunsets are unbeatable. Would recommend and stay at without any hesitation. LOVE SXM!
