This Home was amazing to stay in! It was so comfortable, relaxing, and absolutely beautiful!! I definitely want to make my real home like the master bedroom with the closet and bathroom. It was a perfect position because it is in the middle of everything. Oliver was a Gem also, incredibly responsive and helpful with anything I needed. Definitely book if you are coming to visit! 10 out 10 would recommend!!

Phadya and Robert's "Oceans 29 " was everything that was advertised, beautiful, clean, contemporary with a great central location and breath taking views !!! Check-in was easy with Phadya describing all the Villa amenities and some ins and outs of the property. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to future Sint Maarteen visitors!!!

My best friend and I enjoyed the house. It was the perfect home base for our island adventures peaceful, private, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee outside while listening to the water. The location made it easy to get around the island, and everything felt safe and convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Maarten. Can’t wait to return!

Apartment is bigger and even nicer than pictures. AC works great. Pool is larger than photos suggest and the beach was <10 min walk away and truly spectacular. Great to have access to 2 beach chairs and a (somewhat dilapidated, but still clutch) beach umbrella. Kitchen has like 90% of what you need which meant we could pretty much cook whatever. Burners are a little wonky, but host provided good directions. No pantry staples- might be something to consider for the future (salt, olive oil, sugar, etc.). Easy to get around to all different parts of the island. Overall clean. We had a great stay. Thanks so much for hosting us.

The views are remarkable. We loved the location because easy to avoid traffic. Amazing accommodations and responses from the host. We’ll be happy to return again in the future, absolutely highly recommend we were 7 (4 adults and 3 children)

If there could be 6 stars, I would select it. I visit St. Marteen frequently and often AirBnB, but this spot was one of the nicest I've been to. Let's start with the location. It is right next to Phillipsburg, which is great, but you are also right next to Simpson Bay. Since we came to the island to venture in all directions from Maho to Grande Case, we couldn't have been more happy with where this home was located, basically putting everything within a 15 to 20 minute ride. In addition, this house is located dead center in the U-shaped development, and at night, it looked like we were in Santorini; all the surrounding houses were uniform and all light up, and it was absolutely amazing. In addition, the view you had from the upstairs bedrooms when you woke up looking at the sea was breathtaking, not to mention we spent most of our time outside and in the infinity pool, and that view was even better. Thank you so much for a memorable trip with the family!!!

We had an amazing trip to St. Martin and Dimitri’s villa was perfect for our group of 8! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Dmitri and Gregory were very helpful and always available if needed. I highly recommend renting a new car that can handle the extremely steep, narrow, winding and bumpy road that you need to use every time you leave the villa (similar roads are throughout the island). We were fortunate to have rented a brand new SUV that allowed the 8 of us to explore the entire island with minimal issues. Thank you Dmitri and Greg for a truly wonderful and memorable week! 😊

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, making communication smooth and effortless from start to finish. The condo itself was perfect for celebrating my son’s 16th birthday, and the pool area made for an unforgettable party. I highly recommend this place to locals looking for a getaway, staycation, or a great spot to celebrate special events. Will definitely be back.

Villa Coralita is better than the photos! The bedrooms are all separate almost cottages from the main living space making this great for families with older children or couples. This might not be ideal for families with younger children as all the bedrooms open to the outside and are not connected to the main living space. The upper and lower decks have amazing views. We knew this going into it but be sure to bring bug spray! The mosquitos are wild in December but this is to be expected. One thing to note is Oyster Pond is not completely rebuilt from the hurricane and it seems like the photos of the view may be from pre hurricane. That being said, Mama Pizza and Oasis are both walking distance from the villa and were amazing. We dined at Oasis, went back for New Year’s Eve and left friends with the owners. Overall, amazing and highly recommend!

Great place for a small group! The private pool and grill was nice to have. It's fairly close to restaurants, shopping and beaches but definitely recommend renting a car if staying here.

Roland’s place awesome. Well worth the stay. The condo is a great space. We all loved it. Great swimming pool. Not too big or deep for kids and big enough for an adult to do a few laps in the mornings. Everything is within minutes of driving. But make sure you have a car if you choose to stay here. The only issue I would have to point out is locating the property if you don’t live there. There seems to be an issue with the mailing address and gps. GPS will take you to some other property that has the same address. Once you figure this out and learn the neighborhood then it’s not a problem anymore. Anyway., my special thanks goes to Roland for his response and also to Manoj and Marianna for being extremely great accommodating hosts. Thanks again.

What a wonderful stay! A slice of affordable paradise with your own beach to enjoy. Super spacious villa, with comfortable bedding accommodations for our group. Walking distance to some of the best local beaches, restaurants and nightlife available. Eli and the main office staff are top notch crew, always quick to help with absolutely any inquiry. From a seasoned Airbnb guest, we highly recommended to any future guests! Cant wait until our next visit

A fantastic family getaway!! Would definitely come back!!! The house is fully equipped. The only thing I would recommend is getting a good car to climb the steep hill. Other than that, awesome holiday!!

My stay at Smaart Vacation exceeded my expectations. Everything was as it was described on the booking site. The view was breathtaking! The property was in the perfect location. It was a lot to do in the area. I will book with them again in the near future. Look no further for a perfect stay in SXM.

The host was incredibly responsive and kind. The pool was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and only an 8-minute drive from the airport.

Beautiful modern decor, spacious. Lovely outdoor space with the convenience of a pool and beach access. Beach fun for kids to be able to play in the sand and more experienced swimmers to play in the waves. Spectacular ocean view with sunsets and great yacht watching. Convenient assigned parking space short walk to the home. Ground crew was easy to reach, very helpful and informative. Short drive to many restaurants and shops. Would not hesitate to book again.

My family and I stayed for 5 days and it was spectacular. Mariana and Manoj, the owners, stayed in contact with us throughout our entire stay. The view is breathtaking and the surrounding is peaceful and friendly. We wish our stay was longer. Would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect little villa (actually much bigger than we expected), located in the best neighbourhood of St-Maarten, and managed by a true Superhost!

Niah and her mom were very kind and helpful. They helped me with everything I needed.

Once we arrived we had an issue finding the place because google maps has the some of the roads mixed up, but we were able to call the person meeting us at the house and she guided us to the house. We've stayed in this area before and love all the wonderful restaurants and the close pastry shop. The house has a lot of stairs, but that's because it's built on a hillside. The house is beautiful with nice pool and lots of views! It has 2 king beds on the main floor with the living and kitchen. There is another queen bed up the spiral stairs which also has a small living room. The pool house has a small living room and what looks like a full bed upstairs. All the bedrooms have a full bathroom too. The house was clean and has amazing views! The management team left us a gift basket on are arrival which was really nice! The only thing to take note of is that the only TV that works is in the living room, but we weren't there to watch TV! If you're reading this... Just book It and enjoy!!!

Donovan is a great host. He regularly inquires how is your stay and if you need anything. He was very proactive and provided a 2nd wifi transmitter without asking for it. Location: cross the street and you have the beach. you can walk to downtown Philipsburg. there's many restaurants & stores on Boardwalk because it's a cruise port. No need for a car. You can hear a Rooster or motorbike but once the bedroom door is closed, it's very well insulated, very quiet. Amenities: Donovan provides soap, shampoo, toothbrush, first aid kit, umbrellas, beach umbrella, beach towel and more. it felt like a hotel but better. the towels and sheets were hotel quality. Kitchen was very clean and well equipped. Stoves works very well. Shower works very well. There's even a washing machine and Donovan provides detergent and softener. I stayed 8 nights. it really felt like a 2nd home. We will come back!
