Great host! communication has been on point! Location is the best!

We recently returned from a wonderful 22 day stay. The villa was in a lovely, quiet and safe neighbourhood. There were a few minor glitches but Janet was extremely responsive and her wonderful housekeeper Astrid took care of our minor issues. The villa is spacious and very comfortable. There is a very large fenced in patio with comfortable patio furniture to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a gas bbq which is very handy for extended stays. The beds and especially the pillows are super comfy. Although in walking distance to several restaurants my advice is to rent a car. Parking is secure and convenient. There is a small pool which could use a bit of a spruce up but it was super clean and a nice temperature. I wouldn’t hesitate booking the villa and have in fact booked again for next year 😀.

I stayed here with a group of 11, and we had a great time! As with any stay, small things can come up, but the host was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues were addressed right away. The location was perfect, and the view from the pier each morning was absolutely my favorite part—it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

This place is extraordinary. It’s even better when you see it in person. He has everything that you need as far an equipment for the kitchen. Very nice place would stay there again. The pool is really nice, just hard to enjoy if someone who is 5’2. Great for tall people tho.

This was a wonderful stay! We had everything we needed and more! The open floor plan was great with natural light and fresh breeze. The directions definitely made me channel my inner Caribbean workings, but it was smooth sailing once I got it. Everyone loved the stay. No complaints whatsoever.

We had a great stay at Villa Flagrantia. Nada's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The villa looked just like the photos, and we really appreciated how private and peaceful the space was. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, dishes, and other essentials, which made cooking easy. It was also super convenient to have a washer and dryer available, along with laundry supplies provided. One suggestion: the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. The tub is quite slippery and could be hazardous without extra grip or support. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the villa!

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

Perfect stay! Went with a group of 5 for my birthday absolutely loved everything about this Villa! From the views to the decor and the space. The location was close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love it!

Yulias place was absolutely amazing ! It was clean and comfortable . The location was the perfect spot from the airport and Simpson bay attractions. She was urgent with responding to our needs and assisted with travel accommodations to and from the airport . I will be back to visit . The pool was top tier to have too. ❤️

Super nice villa with small swimming pool, different areas to sit, eat and drink. Kitchen well equipped and a bbq outside. The road to the house is not the best but this is pretty common on the Caribbean islands. Ale was responsive and at the house when I arrived which was nice. Till the next time

Elettra was who I had communication with and she was awesome, extremely friendly and responsive. The Airbnb was nicer in person than in the photos, the neighbors were friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely would stay there again and would recommend their place to any of my friends.

Excellent location, restaurants were all walking distance and a great host. We had an amazing time at this fun location. would definitely recommend!!

Roland’s place awesome. Well worth the stay. The condo is a great space. We all loved it. Great swimming pool. Not too big or deep for kids and big enough for an adult to do a few laps in the mornings. Everything is within minutes of driving. But make sure you have a car if you choose to stay here. The only issue I would have to point out is locating the property if you don’t live there. There seems to be an issue with the mailing address and gps. GPS will take you to some other property that has the same address. Once you figure this out and learn the neighborhood then it’s not a problem anymore. Anyway., my special thanks goes to Roland for his response and also to Manoj and Marianna for being extremely great accommodating hosts. Thanks again.

the house is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are 10/10 amazing hosts and so helpful! The neighborhood feels safe and the home is exactly as listed. We went on a girls trip and they've built the most beautiful home with wonderful places to take pictures LOL. we loved it!

Our stay was a positive experience. Starting with the exceptional communication and responsiveness of the host. From booking to check-out, he was readily available to answer questions and provide clear instructions. The property itself lived up to the online photos, showcasing a modern and clean design and is located right on Cole Bay, offering lovely sunsets over the marina. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the overall comfort of the space. The added benefits of a secure complex, including a communal pool and a well-equipped gym, enhanced our stay. Supermarket shopping is within walking distance. Things to note: While close to Port de Plaisance Marina, direct pedestrian access isn't possible, requiring a walk to the main road and entry from there. Instead, we borrowed a dinghy for the short paddle to the marina.

The house was in a great location, walkable to many restaurants and a beach. The washing machine was not working, and Alexandra had it replaced the next day. I would recommend and I would definitely stay again!

Ava was super warm and friendly. I had a great time staying at the location. The event I travelled to attend was within walking distance and most importantly I felt like I was at home even though I wasn't. Comfortable, affordable and super tranquil surroundings also enhanced the overall experience of my stay. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend ❤

Excellent for solo travellers or couples. Small space but cute with all the basic necessities. Stove top, toaster oven, microwave and 2 mini fridges with dishes are provided. AC worked very well and easy to set and slept comfortably. Very private and safe space. As someone else mentioned about the steep climb to get there, not sure I would want to stay there without a car. I would consider myself and my wife above average fit and we found it a bit challenging but enjoyed the workout we got every morning going for a walk. There is a grocery store down the road and the Buccaneer Beach Bar was amazing. We booked this place because we wanted to extend our stay on the island. Melanie was always very quick to respond to any requests I had. Simone was there to greet us for an early check-in which we really appreciated. Thank you Melanie and Topper for your hospitality.

The house has everything you could want in perfect working condition. Loved everything about this stay and Eva is a great host. I particularly loved the gym area adjacent to the house that was part of the deal. The taxi recommendation was spot on as the steep incline to the house needed a little finest. The pool was fantastic as of course are the views.

This has to be one of the most beautiful villas on the island! The ocean view was amazing and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing was peaceful. We enjoyed our one weeks stay at La Casita and would book again when we come back to SXM. Thank you to the housekeeper for being so kind and giving us tons of local recommendations!

The place was set up so thoughtfully for our stay. Drinks, snacks, everything was clean with very nice decor. You won’t find a better host. Candie was so friendly, quick to respond and had lots of helpful tips about restaurants and activities. There is a great market, good restaurants, a spa and shops right there, which made it very convenient. Cupecoy Beach, which is walkable from the unit, is beautiful with three small beaches, but two were nude optional, just so you’re not surprised. We found it best to have a car and explore other beaches and restaurants. The variety was nice. We highly recommend.

Great stay in this familial house that is now proposed as an Airbnb by Helene. Everything matches the description and Helene answers all questions, even during the stay. Really great value for money if you want to have a stay in typical Saint-Martin house. Access is easy and can be autonomous.

Absolutely great place to stay! In the time I spend here I was able to relax, enjoy myself and aseptically the great view at sunset. The accommodation is good, you have a good bedroom and separate bathroom with a good shower. The bed is comfortable and with the airconditioning its great to sleep. But even better is the main room with good kitchen! you can relax here, get comfortable or cook yourself if you would like to. The the place outside, this is absolutely great, the view, the rest and sound of the ocean makes it a absolute great place. I was here alone, but for two people it is also good, enough space to sleep and live together. Absolute my recommendation! Michele is the person who wil help you, she is always available on the app, and wil help you with al your questions. Although you are close to the airport this is not something that bothers me. The aria is secured at night, and beach, town and airport all in walking distance. I will sure go there again!
