Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Simpson Bay

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, die Dachterasse ist wunderschön, vor allem mag ich die Umgebung, sicher, ruhig und vom Flughafen in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich war jetzt das zweite mal in einer Unterkunft von Paul und kann dieses Appartement zu 100% empfehlen. Preis / Leistung stimmen.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans ce logement. L’endroit est chaleureux, décoré avec goût, et on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Tout est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque pour assurer un confort optimal. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement et sereinement de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés, et c’est certain, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

It was an absolute delight to stay at Jamal’s property. He has a bunch of these short term rentals and you can tell he is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry. He was responsive, helpful, he was completely awesome. Next time we come to St. Martin, we are staying at one of his properties. 10/10, highly recommend.

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

The place was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. Walkable distance to popular places like D’s bar, sunset bar and maho beach. Lateefah was very communicative and an amazing host. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé un très bon court séjour dans cet appartement décoré avec goût et avec une très grande terrasse appréciable pour s'y reposer. Malgré une coupure de courant à notre arrivée la situation a très vite été gérée par GioNads (le cadeau de compensation a été très fortement apprécié). Les 2 petits bémols sont l'absence de certains produits de première nécessité à notre arrivée et la propreté de certaines parties du logement ou accessoirs (traces de moisi dans le réservoir de la machine Nespresso, toiles d'araignées au plafond et tâches visibles sur le bord du canapé une fois déplié pour servir de lit. L'ensemble de notre séjour a été cependant très agréable.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Le studio est vraiment calme malgré sa proximité avec l’aéroport , je n’ai ressenti aucune gêne et j’ai pu dormir paisiblement à toutes heures de la journée . La literie est très confortable, j’ai pu me reposer et en même temps profiter de l’île . Il y a vraiment tout à proximité ( pharmacie , restaurants , casinos , boutiques , bar , plages etc … ) et accessible à pieds . Les instructions de l’hôte ont été claires . J’ai apprécié mon séjour et recommande ce studio .

L'appartement correspond très bien à la description et aux photos. Il a un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le lit est très confortable et l'appartement fonctionnel (cuisine complète). Très bonne communication avec l'hôte.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind this place is for you. It’s on a beach but the waters weren’t so calm so I didn’t want to take the chance. Lola is very hospitable & was very responsive and helpful before and after arriving. The studio is just as seen in photos, very clean and has a modern cozy vibe. I’d suggest you rent a car…Lola helped with that before I arrived so I was able to pick up the car at the airport. I think this is a great option for a solo traveler as well.

I stayed here for one week and the property is amazing. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Host was extremely responsive. Lovely location, I would highly recommend.

We stayed at Gigi’s for a week and had a lovely time! They were very responsive and helpful. The hill looks a little steeper than in photos but is still doable. The space was perfect for the two of us, and it’s in a great location!

Alex’s place is amazing! He met us there for a super easy checkin, even though our flight was delayed by a day. The apartment is very spacious, well appointed, and has a gorgeous outside living area (covered). Alex also provided beach towels and chairs, as well as two sit-on-top kayaks! Its location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to tons of restaurants. The roads aren’t that easy to walk on, but there was also parking everywhere we went. There are a lot of dogs roaming the island, including this neighborhood so there’s barking, but they seem friendly. All in all, a lovely place to stay, and Alex is a top-notch host. I would highly recommend Alex’s place!

Just an awesome place to spend time in Simpson bay. The penthouse was awesome and would love to come back in the future. The kids had so much fun in the water. Simona went out of her way to ensure we had everything to enjoy our trip.

Naomi is een geweldige host! Zij reageerde direct op onze berichten, heel zorgvuldig en buitengewoon behulpzaam. Toen het leek dat de taxi naar het vliegveld niet zou opdagen was ze zelfs bereid om ons te brengen, wat een geweldig lieve vrouw! PS de accomodatie is op loopafstand van Mahu Beach en maar 3 minuten van Simpson Bay beach!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Emerald Pearl Studio in Maho, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The studio is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay-from a functional kitchen to a cozy bed (too soft for us) but that’s our preference. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the famous Maho Beach,where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets,watch planes fly overhead, or just relax by the ocean. It’s also conveniently located near some great restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent communication she even left me a bottle of wine for my birthday which I thought was very nice and she even let us check in early. I recommend renting a car for the whole island experience, but taxis are only a 5 minute walk away. If you’re looking a relaxing, comfortable and stylish place to stay in Maho I recommend Emerald Pearl Studio. I will definitely be returning. 2 ppl only ;)

Wat een heerlijke plek op Sint Maarten! Heel fijn ontvangen door Sylvia, zij staat altijd voor je klaar en je kan met al je vragen bij haar terecht! Het uitzicht vanaf het appartement is fantastisch, zowel overdag als in de avond. Twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken met waterkraan met filter! De plek is gezellig druk, namelijk vlakbij de luchthaven en daar door ook heel centraal. Je kan lopen naar Maho Beach en iets verder ook naar Mullet Beach. Er zijn diverse leuke restaurants. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten bij: Tortuga. En wat een luxe om via de trap naast het appartement zo het strand op te lopen naar D's Beach Bar. Waar je heerlijk op een strandbedje kan liggen en kan genieten van diverse cocktails en lekker eten. Het appartement is ruim, heel schoon en gezellig. En geen muggen !! all i can say is wow! what a great stay from helpful communication,to the location all of this was what we were looking for and we found that and more at Sylvia's wonderful place,thanks for having g us,and look forward to staying there again

This condo was amazing and the beach was so beautiful! We LOVED the deck! Condo was very clean and host was great and super responsive. The complex was gated and well maintained. Airport was next door. We were neve bothered by the planes departing or arriving. We could actually walk down the beach and see them land. Close to shops and dining. The Boon bar and restaurant next door was a plus! We rented a car and toured the island - we used Sax car rental, Jay helped us get a great rate! There were plenty of grocery stores near by. Be aware of mosquitos on the island and bring bug spray. All the folks on the Dutch side were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival Jahlina met us with milk, juice, eggs, butter, crackers, water, jam and drinks! They provided a few rolls of toilet paper and trash bags to get us started. We would absolutely stay at Jay's again!!! One of the BEST airbnb I have ever booked!

El alojamiento de Alizee es increíble!!! Para mí la mejor ubicación de la isla! Cerca del aeropuerto, maho beach y mullet beach. Nos dejó al ingresar golosinas que fueron muy bien recibidas y luego la tarde anterior al check out nuevamente. Un servicio y atención único! El departamento era super cómodo y las instalaciones con servicios increíbles; pileta, bar, cochera y mucho más! Sin dudas el mejor lugar para alojarse y más aún la atención que te brinda! Además me recomendó un conocido para alquilar el auto y fue excelente el servicio! Espero volver pronto y alojarme en este mismo lugar! Saint Martin es maravilloso!
