I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described. clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to restaurants and shop. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels, toiletries, and etc. I absolutely always stay here again and again when I go to Penang. Thankyou Win and Ethan. See you later.

We chose this unit because of its location and peaceful environment. The place is clean and free of clutter. The place is right beside the coastal expressway which can provide easy access to Georgetown or to the southern part of the Island. The air cond is working well and the fan serves its purpose and the water pressure is strong Amenities that is neat and clean. The service provided by the owner is very helpful and prompt. We will definitely visit this place again. Recommendation : (1) The electrical outlet points at the master bedroom in not easily accessible as currently it is 1 foot from the floor obstructed by the bed. (2) The host can provide some 3-in-1 coffee / tea sachets will be awesome. Thanks

The place is lovely. Great for a vacation. Beach is nice, night market is... well, night market-y, the pool is LOVELY, and the gym is great. Mostly quiet - watch out for holiday nights though, the traffic is a nightmare! The space is great, nice kitchen. Gary is very helpful! Grab works to get all your food delivered. So I would LOVE to live there forever... just a bit expensive once you know Penang prices for long term stay. So it is perfect for a vacation!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Edward's apartment. All the amenities were great, such as the wifi and TV. Having a functional kitchen allowed us to cater for ourselves if we wanted to do so. The best feature is the balcony which oversees a stunning setting. Edward is a great host who communicated with us constantly. Nothing was an issue for him to sort out. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to visit and stay on Penang Island as the location is central to everything.

Fantastic stay with easy access to the beach and a quiet haven away from the busy areas of Penang. Most amenities were a short walk away. Kids loved the playground and pool area. All the necessities were also provided in the apartment so we could settle in straight away. Jean was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for families wanting to stay in Batu Ferringhi.

Had a bout of Dengue and needed a comfortable, quiet condo away from the street, and Juuu's place did not disappoint. It is a service apartment on the 19th floor. Very photogenic place, away from the noise, quiet, lots of Netflix...and confortable beds. i was here with my elderly uncle, and it was confortable for both of us. Host was super responsive and helpful with food recs and clear instructions as condo living has a lot of rules. we are carless tourists, the building and area is more suited for people withs cars, with parking and a service road nearby. The gym was closed, but the pool was sufficient but lacked a sitting area and shade. A highlight was night walks along the promenade once it cooled down.

Excellent apartment. We were informed of a possible water supply disruption in the area. Dk was so helpful in preparing water supply in plastic containers etc. we didn't need to use it as the water in the tank was adequate. Overall good experience and a very responsive host. highly recommended this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at Straitsquay. The Suite was clean and the bed very comfortable. We went swimming every day in one of the 3 Pools in the Complex. The Supermarket is very near and lots of international restaurants downstairs. Our Host - Johnson was very reliable, helpful and kind.

Karen’s place felt like home. She is a thoughtful and friendly host, her home was clean and she provided a lot of useful household items. The check in and check out process were easy to follow. The amenities were as described. We enjoyed using the pool on level 8 and checking out the views from the rooftop garden area on level 38.

Generally the apartment is good. Location around 10min away by cab from the old Georgetown places. Only gripe is that during peak season, having only 4 lifts to serve 40+ levels of residents means having to wait quite a bit for lift during peak hours. Host is quite friendly and accommodating though, so no complaints
