Vacation rentals with a patio in Simpang Ampat

I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

The condition of the house is very good. All rooms have airconds and funtioning well. Clean toilet and bathroom. I really recommend this apartment for you guys! - all items in the kitchen can be used (dapur masak, toaster, peti ais, microwave) Just u need to spare or bring ur own mineral water (Water heater is provided no worries). All in all my family enjoy the staycation and felt very comfortable with this house.

Very responsive host. Check in instructions are clear. Beautiful surroundings, a lot of restaurant. Comfortable bed, water pressure is good. Furniture wear and tear. Good place to stay.

Have good prompt response and the clear guidance provided. We appreciate the cleanliness and tidiness of the room, as well as the basic supplies. However, we would like to kindly request additional toilet paper and boxed paper towels, as we have eight residents and find that the current amount is insufficient. Additionally, since the two toilets do not have a wet and dry separation, it would be helpful to add some shower curtains for privacy and convenience. Lastly, we have noticed that locking the door requires a bit of technique to ensure it is secured properly, which can be challenging at times.

Can’t say how happy i was to find this place. Been to many places and this is one of the most simple yet comfie stay. Amenities are complete and well-arranged. Attention to detail is amazing: towel smells good, washing machine works perfectly, they even have water filter so we can drink from tap water, bed quality is top-notch for an apartment. Hats off to Amray, will definitely book his place again!

Just like the photos show, it's cozy and especially suitable for a family tour.It is also possible to experience local life. A good water dispenser and refrigerator are very convenient, and the living space is also suitable for family tourism. Once the questions were reflected, they were quickly responded to by the team.

Loved staying at Chers' place, it was hugeeeee. More than enough space for 10 of us. Location is a little bit out of town, but only a 10 mins drive to Georgetown. Cher was really friendly too, recommending us places to eat while in Penang. Definitely will stay again the next time I'm here!

The house was very clean and clutter free, and being a person that dislikes insects and dirty surroundings in a home, this place was perfect! Zero bugs, clean and clutter-free interior. It is very obvious that our lovely host has poured her heart and soul into this place. Loved the design of the place! Amenities were provided as per the listing, and check-in was a breeze as well. Location is great, and very peaceful. Apple, our lovely host, was very warm and friendly, providing us with directions and recommendations based on our trip. She checked in on us a few times throughout to ensure we're doing alright and if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a clutter-free, clean, and modern accomodation for a big group. 10/10 for accommodation 15/10 for the host

I stayed for 5 days for Hari Raya. Swimming pool is working. BBQ equipment also available. Netflix & Youtube are also available. There is also an emergency kit if needed. Kids friendly. The house is spacious and clean and has many amenities. Will be a place I will rent again. Thank you so much everyone ☺️✨

A spacious, well-maintained home that comfortably accommodates large groups. Our group of 12 stayed with ease, enjoying a clean and practical living space. The house is conveniently located with all essential amenities just minutes away. The host was exceptional—attentive, accommodating, and even allowed us a late checkout due to our event running slightly behind schedule. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay!

We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!

This place is clean and functional. It has all the essentials, like a washing machine, oven, pots, and more. I love the gym and pool. Would definitely come back next time .

Ideal location, spacious apartment and well equipped, perfect for staycation in Georgetown. Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Short walk to local restaurant, coffee shop Zuss Coffee just around the corner. Communication with Ng was very easy, and the directions for finding the place were a great help. Highly recommended!

Stayed in Ashley place for one week. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Air condition works very well. Host response very quickly and was able to accommodate my request. Swimming pool on top of the building with gorgeous views. On ground floor coffee shop ZUS. Small supermarket “99” 3 minutes walk. Recommended.

This apartment was perfect for our family. So nice to come home to a modern and comfortable space. Doel responded to any questions we had in a matter of minutes, pool and grounds are spotless. Would absolutely stay here again / thanks

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring Batu Ferringhi. The space was clean and inviting, and we felt right at home throughout our stay.
