I truly enjoyed the stay here. The room and bathroom were spacious. It could fit many people, especially families with many couples. It was comfortable to stay here.

Our 4-day, 3-night stay at this homestay was absolutely wonderful! The house itself was impeccably clean and neat, a true testament to the host's attention to detail. We found all the listed facilities and amenities readily available, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Fantastic Stay at Lush Designer 3BR Condo by ALV! I had an amazing stay at Yen’s place! The condo was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean just like the photos. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like home. The location was perfect. The amenities were top-notch. Yen was a wonderful host, responsive, friendly, and accommodating, making check-in and the entire stay seamless. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. This homestay very comfortable and safe to stay even it's in 13th floor. Very convinced location to reach Georgetown. The homestay is very clean and tidy. Owner very friendly and helpful. Host is quick to act if guests have problems

The owner deco the room beautifully, which is very suitable for girls who like to take photos. The bed is very comfortable, the owner also has prepare towel, and the TV equipment is also good. You can watch Youtube. The balcony is also clean and the toilet is also good. But the washbasin in the toilet has some dirty marks. The refrigerator in the kitchen is also very cold..The drinking water filter doesn't seem to have been washed for a long time. Although the floor is very high, the sound insulation is not good. There will be sound when someone passes through the corridor at night. But overall is good, suitable for few people/group holiday to stay over.

Overall, it’s a nice stay! Well equipped house with tv, microwave, washing machine, etc. It’s slightly away from the tourist spots but you can easily grab to all the places, recommend to those who want a place with friends and family in Penang :)

Nice place, very clean and very spacious. Swimming pool view from balcony Was happy to have a filter in the kitchen which is very important. Coffee, milo and biscuits provided thank you very much. The dish wash liquid soap was filled in the shower bath container. Needs labelling. The lighting can be brighter very poor lighting especially in the rooms and bathrooms. Otherwise all was good and finally my little poodle also enjoyed the stay.

We spent 6 weeks here and loved it. Host was genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We received sometimes daily updates on events during CNY and Thaipusam and advice for meals and outings. The accommodation was within close proximity to Little India and Chulia St and in walking distance from Cecil St and Chowrasta markets etc. Loved the old Chinese furnishings and the way the owner has preserved the house. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the heart of Georgetown. We loved it.

Since I only stayed for one day, I didn’t get to know much about the surrounding area. It was raining when I was leaving, so I asked to check out a little later, and the host was very flexible about it. I think there might not have been towels, but all other amenities were provided, and overall it was a good stay.
