De accommodatie, met eigen ingang, is recentelijk gerenoveerd en is helemaal ingericht voor een comfortabel verblijf. Gedurende de zomer zijn de ruimten heerlijk koel en tijdens de winterperiode behaaglijk warm. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand ( 5 min.) van het station ( trein + bus). Met de auto is de accommodatie uitstekend bereikbaar, op korte afstand van het Juliana plein, waar de A7 en de A28 elkaar kruisen. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

Wir haben zu viert ein wunderbares Wochenende hier verbracht. Das Haus liegt im ruhigen De Monnik Park und ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Farblich sehr harmonisch abgestimmt , hell und bequem mit separater Toilette und neuem Bad, die Betten sind gut und die Küche schön und zweckmäßig. Rundum zufrieden würden wir gerne wiederkommen!

Es war ein wunderschöner, leider sehr kurzer Aufenthalt bei Johanna. Das kleine Ferienhaus hat alles, was man braucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen. Es war schön, mal aus der Stadt rauszukommen und die Ruhe dort genießen zu können. Alles war ganz wunderbar und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Tiny House ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man Ruhe und Einfachheit schätzt. Die Ausstattung ist genau wie beschrieben. Das Tiny House befindet sich in einer Reihe mit vier anderen, die anderen Gäste haben wir als sehr diskret und nett erlebt. Der Check-in ist unkompliziert. Im Haus ist eine Grundausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck, Einzelheiten haben gefehlt, aber im Urlaub passt das schon... 🙂 Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, ein uriges Café ist in Laufnähe, ansonsten sieht man viel Natur, besondere Watvögel und einige Schafe 🙂 sehr zu empfehlen ist der Nationaal Park Lauwersmeer oder ein Tagesausflug nach Groningen.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, waaronder een hele fijne keuken. Ook fijn was het zonnetje in de voortuin, waar we rustig hebben kunnen ontbijten. De ligging is lekker rustig, waardoor we echt heel goed hebben kunnen slapen. In de omgeving hebben we genoten van de natuur, de rust en de vriendelijke mensen. De ontvangst was hartelijk en persoonlijk, zelf onze hond Bettie kreeg een warm welkom. Al met al een aanrader, wij gaan er zeker terugkomen. Als laatste wil ik toch ook Dokkum noemen, een ontzettend leuk stadje met bijzondere winkels en goede horeca. Dank Coen en Anne (en Marianne) voor deze mooie, fijne week. Peter, Jolanda en Mirjam

Frouwien told us everything important about the apartment, the parking for the car and the bicycles before our arrival. The apartment is breathtaking—very clean and nicely furnished. There are very soft towels available. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is very quiet and within walking distance to the old town and the charming areas of Groningen. Frouwien was so kind and helpful. If you want to visit Groningen and you are no more than two people, then I recommend Frouwien’s apartment. There you get everything you need for a relaxing stay in a stunning dutch city. I would book it again any time.

We had a wonderful stay at Margriet’s place. Everything was just as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The apartment had a warm and welcoming feel to it, and we really appreciated the personal touches: Margriet had prepared fresh strawberries, a bottle of Prosecco, and a few local treats for us — such a kind gesture that made us feel at home right away. We really enjoyed spending time on the water — using the SUPs and kayaks was definitely one of the highlights. The area is calm and relaxing, a great spot to take a break from the everyday. One thing to be aware of: you can’t park directly at the accommodation, so you’ll need to carry your things a short distance. But there are pull carts available, which help a lot — and it’s absolutely manageable. Communication with Margriet was easy and pleasant throughout. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Thanks again for everything!
