Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Simius

Very clean, functional and equipped with everything you need. Outdoor space with a beautiful manicured lawn, plants, barbecue, outdoor shower, sink, and washing machine. Large porch with a nice table. Quiet area, relaxation guaranteed. 10 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Sun loungers, beach chairs, and an umbrella are available! I'm happy to have met Teresina and her family. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The fridge was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

We stayed in Simone's accommodation for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. In the meantime, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Get ready to be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was quite cold at times. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) We also used the fireplace and had it cozy and warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I thought it was really great :) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave many tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I asked him where you can see flamingos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, there are flamingos there. Thanks for everything:)

Mauro's place was just perfect for our stay. Two adults and one child have more than enough space in the house and in the garden. The place is very quiet and two steps from a wonderful beach, which is very kids-friendly. Mauro and his family welcomed us personally and were very flexible on check-in and -out times. Very helpful and welcoming hosts. The house has everything you could need during the holiday. It is very clean and you feel like at home immediately. The garden is very large and the terrace on the roof invites you to observe the stars at night (but think about a mosquito protection because the house is surrounded by nature). You can easily reach any necessary facility, like a supermarket, market or restaurant by car. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Christina’s villa by the beach in Costa Rei was an awesome place to stay. It was just steps away from a beautiful beach and the Ginepro Beach Club! There is a nice selection on restaurants and a grocery store just a few blocks up the hill. Costa Rei offers quick access to a wide selection of activities and destinations and of course uncrowded world class beaches and the beautiful sparkling clear Mediterranean sea!! We highly recommend Christina’s villa in Costa Rei Sardegna for your next relaxing beachside getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

Everything from the private pool to the full useable kitchen was perfect. Home is clean and beautiful. Easy access to the gorgeous beach below (which you have a view of from the balcony) you do have steps to walk down. I’ve had knee surgery and didn’t have any issue (they aren’t steep Steps they are more narrow or short so a smaller stride is fine). ALICE!!! Shout out to Alice who helped in booking a wonderful private boat tour for us that picked us up on the local Beach! Alice was right there for us with answers to our questions. We had such a wonderful time in her home. Highly recommend and we will definitely return. Cincinnati, Ohio

The landlord was waiting for us directly in the apartment and showed everything there was to know. He provided water for us. We disposed of the waste ourselves (except for plastic), although he offered to do this for us. Very friendly service and highly recommended.

Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

We enjoyed our stay in Stefano's apartment. The flat is very well equipped in everything you need to spend time in comfortable way. Great view from the upper terrace. Stefano is very friendly, caring host. The apartment is located in quiet part of Villasimius, walking distance to the city center. I would recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in Villasimius.

Everything met our expectations, from the accommodation to the quality and beauty of the services in the Costa Rey area. Paolo helped us with absolute kindness and helpfulness in dispensing culinary and extraculinary advice. Ours is definitely a goodbye and see you soon!

Fantastic place in great location and very friendly owners!

Nice apartment, everything that is necessary was available. Outdoor area very nice, especially the outdoor shower convinced us. The beaches in the area (Chia, Tuerredda) are very, very nice and reachable within 10-20 minutes by car. The nice town of Pula is also easily accessible within 15 minutes and also recommended. It is not possible without a car, there are no restaurants that would be easily accessible on foot. Due to the fact that the apartment is on a hill, you can also hear the traffic from the street at night, which bothered us a little while sleeping. Otherwise everything worked out and we had a very nice stay in the area.

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us as if we were family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the south-east of Sardinia up to the most distant one of Costa Rei which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the vacation a little without "having to" (with many quotation marks) necessarily go to the beach.

This was the perfect spot for our relaxing stay! The construction above us was really loud (temporary I’m sure) which forced us out of the house. Probably worth asking about in advance. Location could not have been better. Bike rentals nearby were great. Lara shared access to places to visit, drivers to take us places, and lots of food recommendations. Would definitely stay again!
