Was a nice place in a great and central part of Cagliari. We really enjoyed our stay and Florencia was communicative, helpful and friendly. Thank you!

The landlord was waiting for us directly in the apartment and showed everything there was to know. He provided water for us. We disposed of the waste ourselves (except for plastic), although he offered to do this for us. Very friendly service and highly recommended.

Paolo was great host. He welcomed us super warmly. The apartment was as described and we didn't lack anything. From the terrace, you had a wonderful view of the sea.

We had a lovely stay at Palazzotto2Leoni. The flat had lovely views & is very well done - the flat keeps the original Sardinian style whilst being very neat & modern inside. It’s close to everything that you need, has all the amenities needed for your stay & is very well secure. Costanza is an amazing host - she’s extremely pleasant, communicates clearly and is very responsive & thoughtful. If you are visiting Cagliari I highly recommend staying here!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment right in the heart of Cagliari’s old town. The location couldn’t be better—everything is within walking distance, from charming cafés and restaurants to historical sites and local shops. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and has everything you might need during your stay. It’s also surprisingly quiet at night, which made for great sleep. I especially appreciated the abundance of natural light during the day—it made the space feel bright and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it and would absolutely book again!

Thank you so much for the perfect place Irene & Giuseppe! It was just awesome, we felt right at home and every detail is exactly as described and in the pictures, even better. You have all you need, super kitchen, super bathroom, balcony, quite room, great bedroom, AC, parking, fridge, coffeemachine which is great, everything super nice! :-) The hosts are so friendly and super nice and we would come back exactly here, because it‘s close to Cagliari (nice city with good coffees and restaurants), close to Costa Rei, close to Costa Sul and you can do everything surrounded by car easily. There is also a super nice beach close to the apartment, if you want a quick dive into nice blue water. Just a perfect place to be and we enjoyed it so much! More than 5 stars :-)

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

This was one of the best holidays me and my wife have ever had. Tatiana was absolutely brilliant with us. I would highly recommend staying here. There is a bus route which takes you into the city, but this location is perfect for beaches (absolutely amazing) restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We will definitely go back, if not this year, definitely next.

Lovely apartment with a great view, located a few steps away from anything you might need. Mauro is a great host, extremely responsive and also proactive. Only downside is that the lift doesn’t work so not ideal if you have a lot to carry up - other than that, a great stay in Cagliari. We would go back :)

We stayed at Maria Elena's property for 5 days, so we could visit Villasimius and its beaches for the first time. Starting from the owner's availability, up to the warmth of the house, we were very satisfied and we definitely recommend everyone to stay at her place. Convenient location to take the shuttle to get to the beaches. Unique mole, if we have to find one, it was necessary to take the uncollected garbage during the door to the eco-center, more than a 15-minute walk away (we were without a car): a service that could also be put for a fee for those who might not be able to take it to the eco-center. Fair price with the Villasimius area. We'll definitely be back.

Easy to find. Fast and good contact with Piera. Flexible check-in. The apartment is small but nice and beautifully bright and friendly. From the balcony you can see the sea. All in all I am very satisfied.

Very good, can reccomend as a good place to stay. Not far from the supermarkets and active evening life, but quiet and cozy!

We would definitely come back. Personal welcome bz Roberta and her lovely mother. The place is just perfect - stylish furniture/decoration (70ies, but cool!), meticulously clean, everything you need to spend a week (or two). Strict recycling rules (still relatively easy to adhere to), fully equipped kitchen (except for an oven), beautiful views onto the Mediterranean from the veranda. Small supermarket and restaurant are five mins. walk. Next beach three mins. more. If checking in was easy, checkout is even easier. Clean up the kitchen, drop the keys, you’re done. Our stay at Maurizio’s was great. The apartment was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking. The location was great, about 20 minutes from Cagliari, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but perfect driving distance. Beaches were close, recommend renting a car if you visit as there are more beautiful beaches 45-1hr away that are worth the drive. Thanks for the stay!

Flexible check in, great view with 2 balconies, quiet, clean, nice contact, very helpful. Everything worked great, there is nothing to complain about! What more could you ask for! We will be back!

Thomas was very helpful and friendly. The area, the building and the garden was lovely. It was relaxing just to be in the garden, listen to the birds and seeing the butterflies, and watch all the beautiful flowers and trees. The dogs were really nice and funny. We really enjoyed the beach, 10 min walk away.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio has always been there for you throughout the stay to solve any problem. Beautiful and clean room, great and central area, perfect for walking.
