Vacation rentals with beach access in Simius

The balcony and the view of the sea, including hearing the waves on our first night, the peace of the neighbourhood, the lovely decorations in the apartment and the easy walk down to the village, restaurants and beach made this a perfect place for us to stay!

I loved my stay! The view is to die for and Andrea is an exceptional host. The apartment is located in a woodsy village that overlooks the sea. The large living room window was one of my favorite things and the proximity to the beach was the other. The apartment is basic but had everything I needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for my use also. As a solo female traveler I always felt completely safe. The other people in the village were very welcoming and I never had parking issues. I highly recommended this accommodation.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

Perfekt lokation in the old town with lots of restaurant and coffee shops around. Although in the busy area, very quiet and pleasent trought day and night. Very clean and fresh, has all the amenitis that makes you feel like home. The host was very helpful.

This was one of the best holidays me and my wife have ever had. Tatiana was absolutely brilliant with us. I would highly recommend staying here. There is a bus route which takes you into the city, but this location is perfect for beaches (absolutely amazing) restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We will definitely go back, if not this year, definitely next.

Sehr stilvolle Wohnung in schickem Rattan-Stil. Genau wie auf den Fotos der Anzeige. Tolle Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und Alles super sauber. Toller Standort in einer privaten Straße. Toller Check In mit netter, persönlicher Begrüßung. Als Gastgeschenk gab es 1 Flasche Wasser und 1 Flasche Wein. 😊😀 Nette und schnelle Kommunikation bei allen Fragen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

La ubicación de la casa es magnifica con una vista al mar increíble. Ver la puesta de sol desde la terraza es impresionante. Las habitaciones están sencillamente amuebladas pero confortables, los baños cómodos y renovados, la cocina moderna y muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario. La playa de cala Caterina es muy tranquila y prácticamente exclusiva, recomendable para descansar, nadar o hacer snorkelling. Se encuentra a pocos minutos de otras playas más amplias y bonitas como Porto Giunco, y también de Villa Simius con supermercados, bares y restaurantes. Roberto, el anfitrión de este hermoso lugar, fue muy amable y servicial, desde el primer momento siempre atento a que no nos faltara nada, realmente una atención personalizada. Pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas en este casa, y cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. La consideramos altamente recomendable.

My friend and I really loved our stay. The views are just unbelievable. Watching the sunset every night was a gift. The main bed has a very good mattress. The water pressure in the shower was divine. I believe we were the first guests of the season there, so a few items were needed and Barbara was super responsive. I would 100% recommend this place. It’s small. It’s so peaceful. And it’s right in the heart of all of the amazing beaches, yet just five minutes from town. Perfetto!

Ein sehr freundlicher Assistent von Stefano & Mario hat uns beim Check-In empfangen. Alles gezeigt und alles gut erklärt. Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos ersichtlich Die Sicht auf das Meer wunderbar und der Strandzugang wirklich sehr nahe, höchstens 2 Minuten zu Fuss und man ist an einem wunderschönen Strand. Der Strand bietet keine Restaurants, also Picknick mitnehmen. Das Haus selber sehr schön eingerichtet, es hat alles was man braucht. Wir sind mit 3 kleineren Kindern da gewesen, mann musste einfach sehr aufpassen dass nichts kaputt geht. Es hat viele sehr schöne und kostbare Dekoration im Haus. Während des Aufenthalts war Stefano immer errichbar, hat uns wertvolle Tips zur Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Stefano und Team, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft – genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und das Meer nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit, mit superschneller Kommunikation – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlich schönen Urlaub. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Nur ein paar Treppen hinunter. Der Strand ist wirklich wunderschön und wenig frequentiert. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist was Besonderes. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu und hochwertig und die Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr schön gestaltet. Man kann wunderbar schlafen, das Schlafzimmer ließ sich komplett abdunkeln. Die Bilder geben den Zustand der Wohnung eins zu eins wieder. Was wir aber besonders hervorheben möchten, was Stefano, der Co-Host. Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas benötigt hat und hat sich auch von selbst immer wieder gemeldet, ob irgendetwas fehlt. Er hat uns sogar angeboten unter e-Auto bei sich im Haus privat laden zu lassen und uns dorthin zu fahren. Wir hatten noch nie einen so guten Host in einer Ferienwohnung. Grazie mille Stefano! Es war wirklich sehr schön.

Enrico ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an freundlich, klar und zuverlässig. Das Haus war genauso schön wie in der Beschreibung – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Man merkt, dass Enrico mit Herz bei der Sache ist und seinen Gästen eine angenehme Zeit ermöglichen möchte. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei ihm uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Casetta vicinissima ad una bella spiaggia e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere in serenità la propria vacanza. La casa era molto pulita e il self check in ci ha dato la possibilità di poter essere libere di entrare in casa nell' orario che ci veniva più comodo. Michele è un host reattivo e disponibile e ci ha dato consigli utili sulle cose da fare/vedere. Consigliato

My family had a wonderful stay at Michela's villa. It has everything you could possibly need for an excellent beach vacation. The accommodations were spotless. She provided beach towels and umbrellas and even starter toiletries and kitchen items. The location is excellent. A short walk to town for anything you might need and you can even walk to the beach. And she was a delight to engage with, offering recommendations and always available. In short, Michela's place is a gem. Highly recommend!

Chris war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns von Anfang an gut informiert. Auch als ich mehr wissen wollte über die Umgebung, konnte er mir Auskunft geben. Er war immer gut erreichbar und sie haben uns freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was wie brauchten und war mir Kaffee und einer Flasche Wasser ausgestattet, als wir ankamen. Freundliche Nachbarn und einen kurzen Weg zum Strand. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Konnten sofort vom Alltagsstress abschalten und einfach nur geniessen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant „L‘aragosta“, welches 10min entfernt ist. Auch super ist, dass der Supermarkt wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist und es einen beschatteten, privaten Parkplatz hat auf dem Gelände.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

Paolo è un host gentile e discreto. Casa pulita e ordinata. L’abitazione si trova in una zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere le belle spiagge di Villasimius.

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

Dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy gospodarz, wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył i pokazał, był w kontakcie przed i w czasie pobytu. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne, relaksowe; świetna baza do wypadów samochodem na liczne, różnorodne plaże w pobliżu oraz do zwiedzania południa wyspy. Na miejscu dostępna również plaża, choc nie tak atrakcyjna jak wiele innych obok (dojazd od paru minut do pół godziny samochodem). Malutkim minusem były tylko rozjeżdżające się materace na podwójnym łóżku w sypialni, ale nie wpłynęło to na zadowolenie z pobytu. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy!

Die Unterkunft und die Lage waren exzellent. Direkt am Stand und in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Bars und dennoch sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Absolut hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin.

wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt. Super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein traumhaft schöner Ausblick vom schönen Balkon. Silvia war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Eine wirklich perfekte Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Art reine Häuser mit vielen kleinen Wohnungen. Als wir im Mai dort waren, war es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem perfekt ausgestattet, man braucht nur Essen gegebenenfalls Getränke kaufen. Das einzigste was nicht 100-prozentig perfekt ist, ist die Bademöglichkeit, da man hier keinen Strand hatte, sondern nur zwischen den Steinen ins Wasser steigen kann. Geht aber auch. Noch schöner ist es natürlich 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den wunderschönen buchten zu fahren. Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Restaurants gibt es leider sehr wenige und keine fußläufig. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da es ein wirklich traumhafter Ort ist.
