Also close to North Manchester Hospital and 15min cab, bus or tram ride into city centre. Close to M60 junction 19 and motorway network which is very handy. Nice quiet and safe neighbourhood.

I enjoyed my stay. Super friendly host and he gave us inspiration what to do or where we can find good restaurants close by. The check in and check out was easy and everything was clean. There is everything you need. It's close to public transport and the location is calm and beautiful. I felt save and welcome. I would definitely book it again!

Large Victorian luxury home from home

I booked two rooms via Airbnb and paid £105 which I thought was the price for the two rooms and immediately wrote a note to Karen to explain why I needed two rooms for two people. I had no response until the day before the free cancellation cut off. On that day Karen sent a message saying there would be an extra small charge. I sent a message back asking what it was for and how much. I didn't get a response until after the free cancellation time had past. The extra charge was £50 for the extra room. It was too late for me to find a different place so had to go ahead and pay the extra on arrival. The rooms were lovely, clean and lots of care had been taken to make our stay comfortable. Karen and Phil were lovely too. The whole experience was tarnished for me by the extra money I had to find at such short notice.
