Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Simi Valley

I think one of the strongest points of this Airbnb is the location, although you have to navigate windy roads, you find yourself at the very top of Malibu; the epic views and peaceful vibe make it well worth the drive. The Airbnb sits beneath the main house; although it is private, you are not detached. I had no issue as the host Nicholas is a wonderful man, a great communicator, and was very helpful. A blissful stay for me!

This is a one bedroom but with two full baths. Not fancy but it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the extensive spice rack! In a cul-de-sac so there was no traffic making noise. Entrance is on the side of the house where we parked. Very close to the Reagan Presidential Library which we were able to tour. It was very interesting. They had the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit and the Air Force One jet he used. Austin was quick to respond to any questions and great to deal with. We walked the neighborhood for exercise and felt totally safe. The neighbors were all very friendly. We had no concerns and enjoyed our stay!

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

Sean was a great host and always answered any queries we had quickly. Checking in was easy and the place was exactly as described. We had a great stay and if we ever visit Santa Monica again from the UK we will definitely look into this place!

The place is comfy and has a great location walkable to really everything you need. I enjoyed that it was close to everything but still very quiet, peaceful, and safe at night. I will mention that I almost thought about cancelling before I came because of the communication through the messages when I asked questions or suggestions. When I arrived or maybe a day before, the customer service did seem to shift and my stay was enjoyable.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

I love staying at one of Anthony’s places. They are Always very clean and fully equipped. The location is very quiet and I feel very safe there. Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Very comfortable. Great living space. Comfortable bed. Nice linens and towels. Kureig with coffee, including decaf!! A small basket of snacks. They had it stocked with everything I needed. Decorated very nicely. Super quiet neighborhood.

Connor’s place was beautifully designed, well maintained , on a gorgeous property. Super comfortable stay and excellent communication throughout. Everything was clean, peaceful, and just as described. Would definitely stay again!

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Matthew is an amazing host. He responds quickly and is always willing to help. The unit is nicely decorated with a an entry level bedroom w/bunk beds and 1/2 bath and a main level with living room, kitchen and bedroom with a full bath. There is a nice back yard deck overlooking a sea of Oak Trees. The unit is not large, but was fine for two of us and our dog. The only drawback was the home is on a narrow street with no sidewalks which made walking the dog a bit difficult. There was a great park just a 3 minute drive that our dog loved. While the backyard if fenced, there is no grass. The bulk of the back is taken up with a very steep slope.

Magdas Home was very comfortable for our clients. IT was clean and They loved the pool and the comfy beds. I recommend this home.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming getaway!

Hamed’s place was great! We were there for just a weekend to attend a wedding nearby in Thousand Oaks/Quail Ranch. Perfect location. We enjoyed the view from the hill, and had fun in the mornings sitting outside on the porch with sipping coffee and identifying the birds! Would stay again if we were ever back in the area.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Wonderful place. Only unfortunate thing is that we were right next to the main entrance so we heard people coming in and out. It only sucked because i was up and i got scared but would have never noticed if i was asleep. Wish i had time to visit the rooftop. It is a must stay. Host is very friendly and responsive. She made sure I was okay even though she was dealing with an 8 hr time difference. That’s service! Close to the beach.

The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. It had everything you need and everything was very well organized and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.

Amazing location with great amenties, we used the pool and theatre room. Definitley reccomend staying here for a family vacation
