Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Simi Valley

Very clean, minimalistic. Rebecca was super proactive and even sent a picture with notes on finding the parking garage! Nice. Everything we needed was available including coffee, tea water and snacks. Very thoughtful. Out of several places we have stayed in the area, Rebecca’s place was the best. We will be back.

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

Kiwoong was responsive and very helpful within minutes of looking into reserving his house for our 8 man (which turned out to be our 10 man) crew for a work project we were coming into town to do. He inquired about enough space for our team and offered additional options for renting the guest house (located in the back of the house we reserved) or the 2-story house that he also has just across the street! (Which we may just consider on our follow up trip). We had trouble finding adequate accommodations for our entire crew and even more of a challenge finding one that was not priced over the top! That's when I came across Kiwoong's house! It was actually one of the closest of the properties available, while being the most reasonably priced BY FAR compared to nearly all others and provided the most sleeping accommodations of any place I found. Quiet, private, "like home" feel, close to the 10 freeway and plenty of parking both in the driveway and on the street. Definitely recommend!

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, being super responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! We really enjoyed our stay at Anita’s. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciate the stroller and pack and play provided! We had one issue and Anita was quick to respond and solved the problem. Definitely recommend staying here!

Cynthia and Ryan's place was an amazing stay. Windsor Hills/View Park is such a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood to walk around in especially while enjoying the sun. The house felt like home for the entirety of my being there. It was everything I could've asked for and more, and I truly enjoyed making dinner in the kitchen, the birds visiting the side patio, and the sunlit living room for reading my book. I feel rejuvenated and joyful leaving here, and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Cynthia and Ryan for being great hosts, and sharing your home with me.

Flora's place was perfectly for our cross-generational family of 7. It was convenient to a nearby hotel with a Starbucks and other grocery stores, etc. The place was clean and fairly well-stocked. Flora, in particular, was very responsive to all of our needs and communicated really well with us about small, normal issues we had. All in all - it was a nice stay!

Sydny's place was well-appointed, comfortable, and relaxing. She was responsive & helpful, and the place was close to many conveniences. I definitely recommend her place as a great landing spot for exploring Santa Monica. And if you are from San Francisco, don't miss Tartine's Santa Monica on Arizona & 20th! It's just a few blocks away from Sydny's and the whole place is great with beautiful indoor & outdoor spaces and of course, great food.

Great location, great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also easy access to public transport. Claudia was very friendly and supportive throughout!

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

Georgetta was very pleasant and answered very quickly. Place is close to all the places we wanted to visit. Will book again.

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

Mo & Nessy were amazing hosts! The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Venice and Venice Canals, few blocks to the beach and Venice pier and close to verything. The place was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 1 month. Host was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you want a true LA experience! Would definitely come back.
