Clean and functional accommodation with sea view in a quiet and well-served area (supermarket, newsstand, pizzerias and restaurants nearby). We appreciated the friendliness and availability of the owner. The beach is easily accessible and very clean with great amenities.

Marco's apartment is exemplary. It is in impeccable condition very clean and everything is new. A few meters from the sea and a free parking space at the front door. Marco welcomed us very warmly and there was water, fresh fruit and wine in the apartment. Marco is very friendly gave us tips and information for our stay. There were even bicycles to use. Since the weather was not suitable for swimming in our week (mid-September), it was rainy and windy he even offered us to stay longer because the weather became nicer. If we go on vacation to Abruzzo again, it will be with Marco. Just great! Thanks to Marco for letting us being your guests.

Great value for money. The area where the property is located is a private complex with gardens, hedges, flowers, beautiful! The accommodation is more than satisfactory for a vacation. Beautiful and comfortable terrace for outdoor dining. Yes, it is not renovated yesterday and you can't expect luxury at such a low price, but the house is spacious, tidy and clean - what matters! Recommended

My stay for work/relaxation made me discover this apartment in Montesilvano in an optimal location, facing the sea less than 50 meters from the sea. The apartment is well cared for in every detail and there are excellent seafood restaurants, pizzerias and typical cuisine suggested by the host.
