We had such a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family, and the highlight for all of us—especially the kids—was the pool. They spent hours swimming and playing, and it was such a relaxing space for the adults too. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Adam was incredibly responsive and kind—any time we had a question or needed something, they got back to us right away and were super helpful. That made a big difference and made us feel really taken care of. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun and easy getaway. We’d love to come back again!

Nili is a superb hostess. We have what we needed in the house. The house was immaculately clean. Celebrated my son’s graduation and my visitors have high regards on how the place looks and the area was in a nice location. Stayed for 3 days and no problem was encountered.

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful. The house was so clean and they provided us coffee. There was a pool that we got to enjoy. The house itself is so beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We wish we could’ve stayed longer definitely coming back.

Wonderful home - had plenty of space, comfortable furnishings, outside lounge areas, and lovely backyard with pool and gardens. It was a fantastic place for our weekend getaway with two other couples. Thank you, Bonnie!! You were a great hostess!

I've stayed at this AirBandB several times and plan to return. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Everything is in good working order. The beds are comfy. There is everything that you need to cook or bake. I especially enjoyed the midcentury modern sleek decorating style. Thanks Bob!

Our family had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the festivities over the Fourth of July. The house was located very close to the beach. Perfect for kite flying, walking, and bike riding. Enjoyed playing the arcade game and ping pong in the game room. Spent many beautiful mornings on the roof top deck. Also, the beds were really comfy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved this place so much! The yard was so so perfect for lounging around and soaking up the sun. We enjoyed the fire pit and bocci ball/corn hole, the perfect hang out yard! Fun location close enough to the beach, just a nice walk away. We loved the Mexican restaurant down the street. Beds were comfy and the place felt like a home away from home with all the cozy furniture. Loved that they had a high chair and pack and play. We had my niece with us and those were so helpful. We’re used to staying on Hollywood beach and Silver Strand is definitely more of a “locals” spot and a little busier beach but we loved it so much! Joanie was great and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place!

Great comfy clean modern beach home. Shannon is very responsive to queries and has thought of everything. We stay in alot of vacation rentals and The Melrose is top notch. Generous and thoughtful host. Things like tons of good Pete’s coffee pods and creamer, teas etc. Popcorn Lots of extra supplies like kitchen items foils, ziplocks, paper towels, TP even bottled water. Beds were comfy, amazing spa master bath and a great quiet neighborhood too. Lots of beachtoys and even wetsuits for the whole family. Shannon was a joy to interact with too.

This place is fantastic. Kevin spared no details. There were bicycles, games, sand toys for the kids, comfy beds, you name it. A couple of blocks to the beach. I didn’t interact with the hosts because I didn’t need to. The instructions were clear and everything was fantastic. We are already planning our return. Thank you for a great and relaxing stay

We felt totally at ease the minute we walked into Kara's pristine Airbnb rental. Her space emanates clean and vibrant energy on the subtle plane and the physical as well. We have never encountered such a lovingly appointed room, filled with playful Mexican sculptures, gorgeous crystals, and a top-of-the-line kitchen. Peaceful and quiet, her Ojai House is a perfect spot to re-energize and to experience serenity. I'm sure we will be returning on a future visit to Ojai!

The home was exactly as described, and it worked so well for our two families to share. The setting along the water was very peaceful and relaxing. We were so appreciative to be able to take the kayaks out and enjoy some downtime in the sauna. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed eating together on the deck. The home is walking distance to grocery stores, the beach, and a lovely harbor community. I only wish we had more time to stay. Tiana was incredibly responsive and understanding.

A wonderful stay at Hollywood Beach! This house was perfect for my family for the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was immaculate and Maya the host was so gracious and responsive. This house had everything you could think of. Everything was cozy and great for gathering. I would certainly stay again and will be for sure recommending this place to friends and family in the future.

The farm is beautiful--blooming flowers, view of the valley and ocean, avocado orchards to wander in. It was perfect for our family with the pool for the the kids, lots of open space to run around in, and close to the beach. The house was well stocked with games and puzzles. I had a very nice stay. The host informed me when I booked it that there was no AC, and fans were available if it got hot, and I was fine with that. It did get a little warm, but the fans made it work. If you are very sensitive to heat though, I would not stay here. There are also steps to the front door through the courtyard and down to one of the rooms, as seen in the pictures, to keep in mind for mobility concerns.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful Malibu home! The property itself is stunning — spotless, beautifully designed, and surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. It was peaceful, private, and absolutely perfect. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving thoughtful touches like snacks and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the luxurious atmosphere, exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and create lasting family memories. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! Right on the beach, quiet at night perfect location for all beach activities. My son and I played volleyball right north of the place in Ventura and we also drove to East Beach in Santa Barbara (only 30 minutes) to play as well. The house on the beach was perfectly decorated and everything had some thought put into for efficiency and thoughtfulness. Daniel was a great host and had all the beach gear…. Highly recommend for a relaxing each vacation!
