Comfortable and clean modern cabin in a great location, walking distance from inner city Mazama. We hope to come again!

We had a great stay! The house is in a great location, very well equipped with everything we needed, and everything was clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here! We came in town for a wedding and really enjoyed this cozy, dog friendly little place to feel right at home. The place was very clean and we enjoyed having a organized spot to come back too after exploring and going out. Our friendly host even worked with us immediately when our puppy caused a little damage and eased what could have been a stressful situation. It really helped make the trip so much better! Would definitely stay here again!

We spent 3 wonderful nights at Katie and Mike's house. The location is perfect for exploring Mazama, Winthrop and all the beautiful nature trails in the area. The house is extremely comfortable and neat, and has lots of extras like guidebooks, toiletries and the fluffiest towels ever! The kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommended!!

The house is beautiful, very well stocked, and extremely comfortable. It is located outside of the main street of Winthrop but right on the ski trail. The kids stepped out of the house and went skiing at all hours!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Mazama Haven. The house is perfect for four adults and is conveniently located to cross country ski trails. It’s a lovely space, and the kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, and basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. However, there were only two wine glasses, which we managed, but having four would have been more convenient. The bathrooms had shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and tissues provided which was nice. One minor issue we encountered was that the bathroom and kitchen faucets seemed a bit too high causing water to splash onto the counters, making it hard to avoid. Washer and dryer were very nice to have too.

We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again. The house is beautiful, with a great layout and impressive finishes. Probably the most pleasant surprise was how well stocked the house is. The kitchen is fun to cook in particularly because it has everything you need. It’s a relaxing, cozy and comfortable home. Stay here!

Had an absolutely wonderful Mother’s Day weekend in the Balsam cabin. The hosts were super friendly and even provided a pack and play and high chair for my toddler. The place had everything we needed and more. The hosts also let us have a late checkout so we could feed my kiddo lunch before the long drive home. And when I left a couple items behind, they offered to mail them to me the next day. Highly highly recommend. Great location, everything you are looking for in any season. We will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed in the cabin, this time during the winter months. We again had a great stay and really liked the convenience with the XC ski trails being so close and the kids enjoyed playing in the snow and the playground. Highly recommend.

Stayed at Spring Creek Guest House and couldn't be happier! The house is located on large, lovely grounds making for a beautifully serene private stay. There's a nearby river with salmon, along with herons and eagles in the sky, and deer roaming the grounds. Sarah checked in with us if we needed anything, responded quickly to texts, and she offered great recommendations of nearby restaurants and activities. The house has old-world charm, a special place with local history. It's an easy 8 min walk into town. Truly enjoyed our stay and would return again!

Amazing log cabin in a beautiful location right off of the cross country trials and close to downhill at Stevens.

The interior is a bit rustic, but the best thing about this place is how secluded it feels. There are a couple of other structures within view, but overall the place feels very private. There is a really nice deck lounging and a great open space behind the house.

Our stay here was amazing!! Staff was beyond wonderful and the location is absolutely perfect. We were on an anniversary trip and absolutely loved our time at the hotel. It isn’t a fancy shmancy hotel, but it is nice and the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Great stay! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating in the living area, and a large dining table were perfect for our group of five. Sitting on the back deck with the pond and mountain view as backdrop was lovely! Thanks for everything!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Units 38A & 38B of the Chickadee Cabin. The two additional parties that occupied the other units were respectful, so we had little noise issues. When booking, I did not realize the cabin was three separate units, but we were thankful the other parties and their pets were quiet. We visited in December and it was a winter wonderland. The purpose of our visit was to cross country ski, and having trail access right outside the front door was wonderful. The ski trail is a blue-rated trail, which is described as "More Difficult" in the Methow Valley Trail system. It's a 1.8 mile ski to a green-rated trail. These two units were very relaxing. The kitchen was ideal for cooking, the bathrooms were spacious and clean, the beds and sofas were comfortable, and the heating system worked well. There are lots of puzzles and board games. However, the TV's are not "smart", Wi-Fi is very slow, and the cell service is two bars LTE--perfect for an unplugged getaway.

Our group had a lovely stay! The house is situated with lovely views of the water and was well appointed. The house is walkable to the lodge which made it extremely convenient for the wedding we were attending. We would recommend!

Cute cabin with everything as described and we enjoyed our stay. Approx 5 min walk to the designated river access point which has picnic tables and sandy area to lounge.

Lovely modern home was bright and cozy and comfy with easy check-in/check-out. Nice to be right next to the Mazama store for breakfast and/or coffee. There's also a brewery on the property too if you want to unwind after a long (or relaxing) day. It's not the most private situation since the cabin has large windows and shares a property with other cabins/inns, but the upside is there are amenities close by -- and blinds you can close. We didn't use the kitchen much but it had everything we would have needed. K-cup coffee maker was also appreciated. Smart TV allowed us to sign-in to any of the streaming services and with a click of the remote we could also have the fireplace going. Close to trails for hiking/biking/skiing as well. Comfy place, would definitely stay again.

The house and property was beautiful!! We stayed for a weekend for my best friends bachelorette and we had the best time!!

Awesome stay! Great location. We went in the spring but I can imagine winter being just as perfect. Will be booking again! Joe was great and we had a wonderful experience.

I cannot say enough positive things about this adorable cabin! It was super cozy, clean, and you can’t ask for a better location if you are looking to play in the snow :) The cabin was well-heated, had large windows to view the beautiful surroundings while still feeling private, amazing hottub and an extremely comfortable bed! I rented cross-country skis for a great price at the check-in location. I had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

This is definitely one of our new favorites! The house was very clean and had a nice outdoor space to relax. Only a couple minutes walk to the store as well. It had everything we were looking for and needed!

The location was fantastic to enjoy all of Mazama’s activities and the accommodations were cozy and clean. Jim was a responsive host and we very much enjoyed our stayed.
