Excellent location, next to the beach, and with easy access to the sea by the boardwalk in front. Ideal for families looking for a sea of clean water, tranquility and safety. Grocery store nearby, and less than a 5-minute drive to the shopping mall. 450 M fiber optic Internet. Smart TV. Split in the 2 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms (en-suite) is on the ground floor. Large balcony, east-facing. Parking for car. Bed and bath linens are not available, request the possibility as an option.

Sweet Home ❤️ - Edge of Lagoa Doce

Beautiful house on the edge of Lagoa Doce, near Barra de Ibiraquera. Very cozy house, modern and rustic style. Suite with air-conditioning, hydro, gas heating with high-power shower. Bedroom with double bed and social bathroom with electric shower. Wide openings facing Lagoa Doce and the most beautiful sunset in the region. Good to relax and enjoy nature. The house is not so close to the beach, about 3 minutes by car, but for those who like tranquility, it is worth the distance.

Our space is designed for our guests. We have a space measuring 1,500 m², a safe location, a complete and equipped house, a pool table, a heated pool, a whirlpool area, access to a private lagoon, a paddle board, a kayak, etc. Our location is privileged by natural beauty. We are located about 2 km from Praia do Rosa, but in addition to this beautiful beach, there are other beautiful beaches also in the region, such as Praia do Ouvidor, Praia da Barra de Ibiraquera, Praia do Luz, etc.

A shaded balcony area features a rustic wooden ceiling and a tile floor, illuminated by natural light. A purple hammock is suspended from the wooden posts, inviting relaxation, while wooden window frames and vibrant teal walls add a touch of warmth to the space.
