The house is located at a high elevation in the Lake Como area. The scenery is breathtaking. Gabriella is a super host by true meaning of it. The weather was hot during the time that we stayed in Como; but, Gabriella managed to borrow fans for every room where stayed to make our stay quite comfortable. Thank you!!!

The house is beautiful, and extremely spacious. It could easily fit 10-12 people due to the size of the living spaces and number of bathrooms. It is around a 5 minute walk back down the hill to the parsenn bus station which was exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely consider staying here again especially if we were staying in a larger group. This place is perfect for large family holidays.

Alessio is a very friendly host and has proactively informed us about all kinds of important concerns before the start of the holiday. He is also very helpful and has given us recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. The outdoor area of the villa invites you to spend a lot of time in the garden and enjoy the local food.

We are a couple of 60 years and spent just under 3 weeks in the apartment. We are avid cyclists ( e-bike) and were able to take many great tours. Absolutely recommended due to the two balconies, a larger one in front of the living room, a smaller one in front of the bedroom. The view we have had the last few weeks is fantastic and we will miss having breakfast on the balcony every day. The apartment is well divided, everything is spacious and very clean. Every week we got new towels, dishtowels and fresh linens. In the bathroom, in addition to the sink, shower and toilet, there is also a bidet, and in many sockets, an adapter is already plugged in so that the appliances from Germany run smoothly. In the kitchen, all appliances such as toaster and coffee maker are available and there is plenty of space to work on the work surface. We cooked more often and we didn't lack anything. We will be happy to come back.

Elena is really responsive and friendly. The house is spacious, very well equipped and nice. BBQ grill, view and hot tub everything comes together for a great stay. We are 100% satisfied

Dream and charming place, amazing views and very well equipped. the garden and the terraces are magical. the house has been refurbished with very high standards, like a family home. the lake is to be seen from every widow, from a peaceful small village. it is important to note that you need to be in shape as there are a short uphill climbing for a few minutes from the parking lot, but it worth every effort!!! and eva is very kind, many thanks for the great holiday !!

Unforgettable stay on Lake Como. Silvio is an extremely attentive and available host. Her house is charming, tastefully decorated and furnished, very bright and very well equipped, we did not lack anything. There are lovely hikes to do from the house. There is a path to walk down to the center of the village and even if the return was very steep it was nice not to take our car. Despite the heat we enjoyed the coolness of the house when we came back. The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. We highly recommend Villa Nanchetta.

The location of the apartment was good and check-in was easy. The apartment had everything you needed. A short distance to a restaurant and the beach. Possibility to rent bicycles next door. Communication was quick and easy with Patrick

Beautiful location but a bit noisy streets around the house. The house was perfect with kids and great to go and eat t the nearby places.

Our stay here was incredible! The views are unmatched. It was very affordable compared to other places in the area. It perfectly accommodated 8 of us each having a bed to sleep in. Deborah is very responsive and helpful! There are some restaurants that are walking distance but you almost have to have a car for this area! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great hostess and fantastic place. Access for larger vehicles like a VW transporter is not an option but can park near by. Spectacular views from the balcony all day everyday, perfect for an aperol or a vino rosso.

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

What an absolutely beautiful location and home right along the shore of Lake Como. We were blown away by the hospitality of the hosts from Iwona meeting us and the stocked refrigerator. Iwona gave us recommendations for places to eat in the area and was very helpful our entire stay. We were there off season so the weather wasn’t as pristine but the location and views made up for it. The home is very unique with plenty of space. It was very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Lake Como and hope to visit again during the summer so we can enjoy all of the amenities!

it was a super nice area, quiet. by car fifteen minutes from como lake. the house was beautiful, a veranda with a great view of the mountains and it was also pleasant to stay if it was too hot outside. we felt right at home. the family was extremely welcoming, they are ready to help you with all kinds of questions. even when we had to go to the hospital they helped us well. for anyone looking for peace and a beautiful area, we highly recommend this airbnb

The house of Stefania was just perfect! Beautiful views over Como lake and the house has just what you need. It was great for our dog who enjoyed the big fenced garden. Stefania also picked is up before entering the small road to the house which was very helpful as we arrived when it was already dark.

A really lovely stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and the garden. Directly across the road is a lane with direct access to the beach and a lovely cafe. You could walk to town but the road doesn’t have a footpath all the way so we usually drove most of the way into Bellagio and then walked the rest. There were buses and the tourist train as alternatives but we didn’t need them.

This stay was wonderful. Modern, clean, peaceful villa, fabulous view. Stefania was ultra responsive, answered all my questions and there was even an Easter egg for my 3 year old son when we arrived! Perfect and thank you for this idyllic stay, we plan to come back soon :D

We spent a lovely weekend here with the kids and some friends. We love Colico and this is a great spot to enjoy it from , though to note you need a car to avoid long hot walks.

Casa cima is an amazing property. We’ve stayed before and are constantly enchanted by the views and proximity to so many interesting places and restaurants. The driveway is easy to navigate and we’ll definitely be staying again.

We had an idyllic stay for two in the very pleasant accommodation with magnificent views from the accommodation and from the superb pool . Very well-located accommodation to radiate on the North of the lake. Stefano welcomed us with a big smile , showed us the apartment down to the last detail and was available throughout the stay . We had a great time at Maud's apartment. Unobtrusively nicely furnished with a dream view. Maud is very helpful and we were so grateful that she gave us great restaurant recommendations including reservations. Everything you need is available. We'd love to come back.
