Vacation rentals with lake access in Silvaplana

Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

All I've gotta say is that if you are even considering booking this Amazing apartment with one of the Most Spectacularly Magical views of Lake Como just do yourself a favor & Book It! Elena is an incredible host with Amazing communication from start to finish. Elena welcomed us by picking us up from the nearby bus stop & was so kind to get us settled into the Fantastic apartment. The welcome water & snacks were a nice touch after a long day of travel. Unfortunately it rained for the majority of our stay but please know that it was still one of the most beautiful stays ever! The attention to detail like leaving a couple of umbrellas for us to discover just outside the apartment door was extremely thoughful as we explored the nearby town of Lenno that I highly recommend. The apartment is located to walkable yummy local restaurants, grocery store etc. The apartment is nicely equipped with with everything you need & the beds are Super comfy. We hope to return soon!

Carmen's home was amazing. The house is clean, tidy and we found everything we needed. The house is located in a corner and immediately in front of the lake and it was very pleasant to take a walk in the morning on the lake in complete tranquility. The room where there is a sauna and jacuzzi gave us the feeling of being on another zen planet and we enjoyed it so much! Super recommended!

Laura's home was lovely -- very clean and comfortable, with spectacular views from every room. It looked just like the photos: charmingly retro, with all the amenities we needed. Laura greeted us warmly and gave us a map of local attractions and eateries, including a bakery right across the street and a coffee shop just up the hill. This was our first visit to Lake Como and we didn't realize how narrow and windy the roads are (we should have arrived before dark -- our fault), but Laura's place was easy to find, just off the main road and not noisy at all. Felt like a slice of heaven.

We had a lovely stay at Il Terrazzino! The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the house was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view over the lake was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short drive to everything. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return!

Very close parking with place. Easy to get to. The house is very comfortable, clean and equipped. The view is spectacular. The host is very kind and attentive. He even recommends an excellent place La Paninoteca. Nearby there is a beautiful place to walk around the lake and you can take the boat to other villages. There is a very good supermarket a few streets away. There are places to eat nearby. The experience was excellent and I would come back.

Beautiful little house with a magnificent lake view. We spent 2 nights there, ideal for visiting Menaggio and Bellaggio. The house is very well equipped and Alessandro is very responsive and available. We recommend it without a second thought.

Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

Casa Margherita, Menaggio was just perfect for my family. The location was just the best spot, lots of great restaurants, bars, shops, church, boats and bus stop just a few minutes walk. The boats stop at 8pm, so you need to have great amenities nearby. The view from the room was amazing. We loved the space in the apartment. The apartment was very clean, lovely cotton linen, home from home feel. We met our host Marco and Sofia, both very lovely people, very helpful and quick to respond to communication. We met some very friendly locals, very safe area. I would definitely return to casa Margherita, we loved every minutes of our stay. Thank you Marco and Sofia.

Great place on the calmer side of lake Como, very peaceful at night and very walkable distance to the lake and the towns around!

We knew it would be a great location but didn’t realize how perfect this spot was! Right at the intersection of the two most popular streets. Absolutely stunning balcony views. We took a taxi to reach the Airbnb so we avoided having to go up the gigantic set of steps from the ferry to the Airbnb. Best part was we had someone meet us and bring us to the Airbnb since it could be confusing when you first get there. Highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was perfect! Clean and had everything we needed. The location is absolutely beautiful ❤️ Stefano is a great host and is really helpful. Thank you for everything. If we ever travel to lake Como again, would definately rent this apartment once more!

I took my family came to Lugano to attend a concert, but this accommodation caught my eye, and we stayed here two nights - what a great experience of this beautiful home. The view is spectacular, the host is warm and welcoming, the location is amazing (15 minutes drive to Lugano), the local restaurants are great, I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended. This was our first time staying on Lake Como and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and relaxing and to stay in a town away from all the hustle and bustle was so relaxing. Our hosts Alessandra and Roberto checked in on us pre check in and during our stay they made us feel at home! Would definitely come back again

Dave and his family were very welcoming and had excellent communication throughout our stay. His father picked us up from the ferry station and took us on a small tour around Gravedona village which was very helpful. The house was beautiful, the views were breathtaking and the hosts were just amazing. Thank you Dave for this wonderful house, our trip was well worth our money!

Wow - what a place! The house, the garden and the Outstanding view from the terrace and pool, and Elena and her husband were extremely nice, responsive and helpful. We would love to come back to this gem!

Small house with stunning lake views! The outdoor space is a big plus especially for the kids (our two year old daughter loved the slide). We didn't really enjoy the private beach (because too busy visiting the area) but we loved taking the secret passage. So we'll have to come back in the summer to enjoy more;) We were lucky enough to meet Salvatore who is very responsive and welcoming. The cottage is very well placed to discover the Lake and we even took nice walks on site. An address that we'll keep precious.

This property is in a stunning location. Everywhere you look is beautiful. The house is basic but is comfortable and has an amazing and secure outside space. I took dogs with me and it is just perfect for them. The village is very traditional and quaint and if you like walking this is the place for you. The walks are amazing, the views spectacular and always a new pathway to follow. Waking up in the morning and opening the door to the view of the mountains and lakes, sitting on the balcony with a coffee is a treat every day. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This was a fabulous spot to stay on Lake Como. We couldn’t have picked better. It was such a luxury having the garden and being able to swim privately in the lake every morning and afternoon. Once we parked the car we didn’t need to use it again as the place is bang in the walkable centre of all we wanted to see. The first day we walked 15 mins north to Tremezzo where we got the ferry over to Bellagio (which we found heavily touristic but our teens enjoyed all the shops) and we enjoyed the gardens of Villa Melzi . The second day we walked 15 mins south to lovely Lenno - so pretty the waterside promenade and Villa Balbianello. The third day to Tremezzo and Villla Carlotta - lots of Villas! If we didn’t have our teens with us we would have had cocktails in the grand hotel in Tremezzo and we also would have eaten at the lovely restaurant in Azzano (looked like a real foodies haven). The house had such character and was tucked quietly away from the main road. And the views - incredible!

Needed a place to stay with 2 separate bedrooms basically last minute for 1 night. This was getting the job done without issues. They have an extra garage which was very beneficial. The little terrace was nice to just sit outside and unwind for a moment.

The apartment of giulia and marco is really great and perfect for a stay at lake como. The hosts answer extremely fast and friendly all questions. We especially enjoyed the balcony and its view during breakfast or in the evening. The only real downside is the proximity to the street and the trainline, which is noisy during nights. In total, we can totally recommend the apartment 👍

We were received in a very friendly manner and even received active support in bringing in the luggage. Francesco was always available and gave us great tips. We felt very comfortable in this super clean, beautiful apartment with its own lake access and beautiful views. The kitchen was super equipped and had everything you needed. Our children (8&5 years) loved the small playground in front of the apartment and the free access to the lake at all times. Thank you Francesco for the great time in your apartment, we would definitely recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back next year!

Our stay at Daru‘s place was just great! It‘s a beautiful house with an amazing view on the lake, quiet, and a very relaxing garden with pool. The house is exactly as described and has everything you need. Daru is an awesome host, very responsive and friendly, and he welcomed us personally. We can very much recommend Daru‘s place and hope to come back!
