Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Ivana is an amazing host; we arrived v late and she had baked us a cake and left milk and a couple of beers. She’s also left some bread; this was a relief as we arrived late Sunday and everywhere was closed. The cottage was v comfy, and the pillows/bed etc were perfect. The place was pristine, and it had a kettle/toaster. Marvellous place!

Thank you Ursula for this amazing stay in your chalet. An authentic and peaceful experience in the nature surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, flower fields, and the forest. The historical house is super clean, decorated with care and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Ursula even baked a bread and a Zopf for us, both delicious 😍 we could also order food from their farm, like cheese, eggs and meat. It was difficult to leave this quiet heaven. Thank you again Ursula & Ernst for the perfect stay in Safien.

The accommodation is spacious, super clean and the local pizza place is a gem. Luca is a fantastic host who is extremely friendly and goed the extra mile with local recommendations. Just a fantastic place!!

We had a truly unforgettable stay in a private and charming setting. We really appreciated the presence of the barbecue and sauna, which made the relaxation even more enjoyable. In addition, the accommodation was in impeccable condition: clean and cared for in every detail.

This home is in an outstanding location overlooking the lake and Lugano. We were blown away by the view from every window. The location was very peaceful, and the home was extremely well-stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony or the covered deck every day (depending on how hot it was!). The home is located a quick drive to downtown Lugano, and a short drive to the top of Monte Bre (highly recommend!) and to Gandria (also highly recommend). We fell in love with Lugano and the surrounding area thanks in part to this house…we will definitely be back.

Lucky is incredible host so helpful, kind and sweet…. The place is like a fairytale, magical, little, cozy spot that you do not want to ever leave…. Breathtaking views, no matter what the weather like it’s still beautiful… cleanest pool, warm and cracking fire place next to the bed… just perfect spot….!!

Studio with great view. Very clean and well equipped room. Yvonne was very responsive and she's got everything we needed for our kids. Will certainly be back.

This was without a doubt one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Anna’s hospitality was top notch and her apartment was incredible. The garden is such an added bonus and a great spot to enjoy the beauty of Blevio. We will come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail - nothing was missing. The location is ideal both for bike tours and for hiking. We felt comfortable and can absolutely recommend the place.

Mario is an excellent host with easy and welcoming communication. Good instructions on restaurants and what to visit in Tirano, as well as important information about the Bernina Express line to go to St. Moritz. The apartment is next to the train station and Bernina. Strictly impeccable and functional accommodation. The kitchen was filled with delicious vegan products for us to use, which touched us. If I ever return to Tirano, I will undoubtedly stay in Mario's apartment and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Tirano or take the Bernina Express.

Fredrico was great! He met us at check-in & checkout. The villa was perfect with an amazing view of Lake Como! He set us up with many great activities including a boat tour & a cooking class! The cooking class was so much fun! A must do for sure! We had a great time I highly recommend this villa!

We spent a long weekend at Davide's studio and cannot rave enough about the views, the location and the studio itself. The views of Lake Como are spectacular and we were lucky enough to have front row seats to 3 fireworks shows while there. The location is very conveniently located right by the ferry and near a market, a bar, and a few restaurants. Finally, the studio itself was perfect for two...so well appointed - we had everything we needed!

Such a clean and wide open space with amazing views up and across the lake. The bed was super comfortable, and with the induction hob and the microwave, we were able to cater for ourselves well, although the range of eating places gave us lots of choice too. It is perhaps the first AirBnB where I have gasped when I walked in. It more than matched our expectations, we were delighted.

This is my second time staying at Walter and Mariuccia’s place. I love their home because we really feel at our home. They are very kind and responsive hosts. Again, I love their surroundings. Mountains, rivers, cute cities close by. I highly recommend their place to stay and for sure I will go back again.

Just perfect! The place was super clean, tastefully decorated and very cozy. The bed with topper was incredibly comfortable – I rarely slept so well. Everything is at ground level, barrier-free and therefore also ideally suited for people with disabilities. Especially practical: the private, protected parking space right outside the door Host was extremely friendly and helpful The great guide folder with many personal tips, some of which I did not know despite five years of vacation on Lake Como, should be highlighted. The location is quiet, but easily accessible and easy to find. All around a great place to stay with attention to detail – I will definitely come back!

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! We had a very pleasant stay at Melanie's studio. The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal for exploring the Val Poschiavo, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. We highly recommend this accommodation for those looking for a relaxing break in nature.

The stay was very pleasant, the host was very responsive and helpful. In the apartment, although small, there is everything you need. I really appreciated finding a stocked kitchen and all kinds of detergents in the bathroom, which is very useful for those who may have to travel light.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!
