WELCOME to our newly renovated and modern guest house of 110 sqm, with colors on the walls, painted with environmentally and allergy-friendly paint. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3-minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake, which you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

Less than a 5-minute walk from the forest, from the lake, from the city center and from the train station. And a 5-minute drive from the highway: Our cozy annex is located in the central “Sydbyen” in Silkeborg - the city's old working-class district. Here you are close to everything, and yet located in a peaceful gem. You can use the garden, the courtyard and the annex's own covered terrace. There is free parking on the property, the possibility of charging an electric car, and if you want to work “from home” there is both WiFi and LAN in the annex.

Relax in this unique and beautiful home. One of Denmark's most beautiful places! Enjoy the sunset from the deck chairs overlooking Julsø. Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Guesthouse with a view in Søhøjlandet

Cozy guest house with kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor and two living rooms with a bed as well as a room on the 1st floor. There's plenty of room and great views. Original condition with old carpets and a few punctured windows. The location is top for cycling and hiking in Søhøjlandet. 5 km to Himmelbjerget through the forest. 1.5 km to Ry station and the cozy harbor. The stairs are steep but with doors that can be closed if there are small children. We have had many great vacation experiences with Airbnb ourselves and want to welcome you!

Small annex located in the garden. There is a bathroom, a loft and a living room with a small tea kitchen. The kitchen includes hobs and a combi oven, as well as a coffee machine. The loft has a beautiful view, especially in the evening where you can look at beautiful sunsets and stars. There are 2 mattresses on the loft, and the possibility of a third. There is a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two people. It is possible to borrow an air mattress and travel bed, just write. NOTE: there is NO Wi-Fi coverage.

Luxury outdoor in the middle of the forest

This unique place is located in the middle of Søhøjland's vast forests on the hiking and cycling route between Silkeborg and Ry, close to the MTB track "Denmark's roof". It is 200 m to Julsø, 4 km to Himmelbjerget and 3 km to Denmark's cleanest lake, Slåensø. The place exudes Scandinavian style, which is conducive to both stays in nature while there are beautiful and charming facilities available. If you want to combine a nature stay with cultural experiences, you are only 35 km from Aarhus and 14 km to Silkeborg.

Cozy annex in the woods

The small yellow annex is located in the middle of the beautiful countryside. It is quiet here and the deer graze happily in the garden when the day wakes up. The wood stove is nice in the old house, and from the loft there is a view of meadows and fields. In the main house, Philip, Helene, Asger (4) and Axel (2) live together with our two happy dogs (female). There are 2 km to Bryrup, where the lake, tennis courts or the old veteran course can entertain. Double bed upstairs and sofa bed downstairs. 1 large room.

Beautiful surroundings on a nature property

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1st floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Cabin with acces to river and forrest.

Smingehytten er en bjælkehytte som ligger ugenert omgivet af marker, å, enge og skov. Hytten ligger med adgang til Gudenåen og med Gjern bakker som baghave. Hytten ligger tæt på Gudenåen, 50 m., men ikke direkte ud til åen. Hytten er omgivet af uspoleret natur med fred og ro og et rigt dyre- og fugleliv. I området omkring hytten er der rig mulighed for aktiviteter som mountainbike, vandring, golf, kano, kajak, badeland, ridning mm. Hytten ligger 15min. kørsel fra Silkeborg og 45min. til Århus.

The annex by the forest

The annex is located in our garden and has room for 2 people. There is the possibility of a bed for a child on the sofa. The bed is 160 cms wide. In the kitchen there is a Nespresso coffee machine and an air fryer for preparing small meals. When the weather is good, morning coffee can be enjoyed on the terrace. There are cold drinks in the fridge that you can buy. Main room with bath and entrance is approximately 30 square meters - terrace approximately 7 square meters. NB. min stay is 2 nights

Boligen er en del af en 3-længet gård med egen indgang og lukket have med tilhørende terrasse. Boligen ligger i landlige omgivelser med udsigt over marker men tæt ved indkøb og Silkeborg by. Boligen ligger helt op ad landevejen men har lydisolerede vinduer. Men støj fra trafik må forventes- særligt i hverdagene, hvor der kører lastbiler og traktore og ved høsttid.
