I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were absolutely terrific—very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. There was a bit of confusion at the lobby with the staff on duty—they didn’t have clear info on things like trash disposal or how to handle adding an extra guest. That said, I want to emphasize that this wasn't the fault of the hosts, who were always quick to help and clearly care a lot about their guests' experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

1000/10!! AJ was very very responsiveeee!! She was Super accomodating and catered to our request of a early check in and late checkout due to changes in our flight back. Great Location! Very peaceful and safe. We went on a weekend and there was a night market nearby, walking distance, with good choices of food. The unit was very clean and comfy, and felt like home. Will definitely go back!

A home away from home. The unit is so cozy, super clean and smells nice. Also loved the layout, the cozy bed and really enjoyed the hot&cold shower. Kdrama feels with the smart door lock, felt super safe. So thankful for Miss Beverly for catering our rush booking and even provided a welcome basket with complimentary food, water & toiletries. Definitely worth it! Will surely book again.

As advertised, it's a 5 star place! Spacious, neat, clean, accessible, and worth the pay. Initially, we booked for 5 days but extended because it felt like home! We'll definitely comeback! ❣️

We love the place! All our needs were already provided. The place was well designed and so cozy. Parking, elevator, swimming pool, and the condo unit are all in close proximity. We're also glad there's a convenience store and restaurants so nearby. We love that Furai by Nezu (Japanese restaurant) is so close. The restaurant serves delicious Japanese cuisine! My girlfriend had a wonderful stay at this condo in Bacolod! The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and major points of interest in the city. The building felt safe and secure, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bacolod. The place matched the description well. Clean beddings, a lovely infinity pool, and free parking which was super convenient. However, during the night, there was noticeable “thug thug” music, likely from a nearby bar, which might bother light sleepers. The host took some time to reply, possibly due to being busy, but overall the stay was decent. Would recommend for those who don’t mind a bit of nighttime noise.

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

The unit was very simple yet cozy — a great place to stay at. There’s drinking water, something that is rarely provided by other units. Mx. Errold is an excellent owner — polite and friendly. Hoping to stay again here in the near future!

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

This is our second stay at Mae Ann’s house. We enjoy staying here. She deserves the designation of Super-host. Easy to deal with, respectful, considerate, friendly, great communicator, and generous. When the local power went out, back-up lights for the house came on automatically. That was fab! Her homes are always very clean and well arranged. The location is a good one. Good supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Several good laundromats are a walk away. SM Bacolod is about 10-15 minutes away as well as Gyms and various attractions. We intend to stay at Mae Ann’s next time we’re here. Thank you Mae Ann for your hospitality!

We had an amazing stay! The place was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The pool was such a highlight—we had an absolute blast swimming and hanging out there. And the rooftop? Absolutely stunning! The views were beautiful, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and make great memories. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!
