Monthly Rentals in Tunis

This very nice apartment combines modern comforts with the charm of old Tunisian mansions. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds spotless, the water from the shower very hot, the terrace very pleasant. The apartment is located in the heart of the Medina, the souks are very close and many taxis cross the Place du Gouvernement a stone's throw away. The hostess was kind enough to provide us with supplies: water, butter, bread, jams and honey! Extra benefit: If you are a French speaker, you will find in the library many books about Tunisia. You're all set for an enchanting stay!

Houdas house was just incredibly beautiful and cozy. The decoration in each room was thought out with a lot of love and art. Thus, the house invites you to an old-new and modern oriental ambience at the same time. Each piece of furniture, decoration & equipment and colors of the rooms offer a relaxing cozy atmosphere. You can tell a lot of time, work and love has been put into this. The house is much nicer than the pictures. I would recommend this beautiful house to everyone, immediately! For the price and performance ratio, the house is an incredible gem💖. We immediately felt comfortable and didn't want to move out. If we were to do Tunisia again, we would want to stay there again! Houda was responsive, was always there. The location is quiet and does not look inviting at first glance. You have to be aware that you are staying in the old town and in the middle of it. The paths and alleys are safe and are illuminated, but there is some garbage lying around.

We loved our stay here! It was absolutely the ideal cozy and lovingly-arranged oasis to relax before going out on the bustling streets of Tunis. The location is ideal, a super short walk to the historical medina but still reachable by car and walking distance to cafes, fast-food places, and the big super markets too. Our hosts were communicative and responsive; they had cookies and bottled water for us upon arrival, and brought us delicious treats throughout the stay! We felt very taken care of. The flat itself is spacious and beautifully furnished with a lot of loving attention to detail. The rooftop terrace is really such a perfect way to take in the beautiful sounds of the city after a busy day. If anyone is very sensitive to smells, you can smell the restaurant kitchen with the windows open, but with them closed, it's really no bother. Thank you to our lovely hosts, would absolutely recommend this place!

The accommodation is cozy and clean. It is located in a quiet side street, but close to the action. Souk, supermarket and attractions are within walking distance. The hosts are very friendly and easy to reach. We will be happy to come back.
