Marouane's place has been one of the most beautiful stays I've been in. I had the honor and privilege to stay at Marouane's during the month of Ramadan, so I had the pleasure of experiencing the varied festivities in the Medina during this holiday. Not only is this place centrally located and extremely walkable, Marouane's hospitality is unmatched. Marouane was consistently responsive, patient, and went above and beyond if I had any concerns. Marouane was like a father-figure to me, and his nurturing nature made me feel even more at home.

A light apartment really close to the Medina, easy to go with taxi from a near mail street. The nicest room in the apartment is absolutely the livingroom!

Houdas house was just incredibly beautiful and cozy. The decoration in each room was thought out with a lot of love and art. Thus, the house invites you to an old-new and modern oriental ambience at the same time. Each piece of furniture, decoration & equipment and colors of the rooms offer a relaxing cozy atmosphere. You can tell a lot of time, work and love has been put into this. The house is much nicer than the pictures. I would recommend this beautiful house to everyone, immediately! For the price and performance ratio, the house is an incredible gem💖. We immediately felt comfortable and didn't want to move out. If we were to do Tunisia again, we would want to stay there again! Houda was responsive, was always there. The location is quiet and does not look inviting at first glance. You have to be aware that you are staying in the old town and in the middle of it. The paths and alleys are safe and are illuminated, but there is some garbage lying around.

This very nice apartment combines modern comforts with the charm of old Tunisian mansions. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds spotless, the water from the shower very hot, the terrace very pleasant. The apartment is located in the heart of the Medina, the souks are very close and many taxis cross the Place du Gouvernement a stone's throw away. The hostess was kind enough to provide us with supplies: water, butter, bread, jams and honey! Extra benefit: If you are a French speaker, you will find in the library many books about Tunisia. You're all set for an enchanting stay!

Hayfa was an outstanding host. Shortly after our reservation, she introduced herself and assured us she would provide additional details closer to our departure. True to her word, she sent a wealth of useful information that greatly enhanced our trip. Upon arrival, we found a well-organized guide with details about local amenities, which was incredibly helpful. Since we booked our stay during Ramadan, finding food and transport proved to be a challenge at times. However, Hayfa was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay, going above and beyond whenever we needed assistance. I highly recommend this location for those seeking an authentic experience and excellent hospitality. Thank you for a warm and welcoming stay!

I had a truly special stay here in the heart of the Tunis medina. The interior design was stunning, with so much attention to detail, and the terrace offered a peaceful escape that felt like a hidden gem. Staying here gave me an authentic experience of Tunis. I loved walking in the dynamic energy of the medina, getting pulled into the rhythm of the streets, the blend of smells, sounds, and colors. It was magical. The host was also incredibly helpful, providing us with everything we needed. Can’t recommend it enough!

Central, close to Tourist places, old tunus view from the terrace. Having separate rooms is a great convenience for hot water and boiler.
