Vacation rentals in Tunis

Marouane's place has been one of the most beautiful stays I've been in. I had the honor and privilege to stay at Marouane's during the month of Ramadan, so I had the pleasure of experiencing the varied festivities in the Medina during this holiday. Not only is this place centrally located and extremely walkable, Marouane's hospitality is unmatched. Marouane was consistently responsive, patient, and went above and beyond if I had any concerns. Marouane was like a father-figure to me, and his nurturing nature made me feel even more at home.

It was a bit hard to locate, but after contact with Maryem, she came to us and guided us to the appartment. The appertment itself was clean and beautiful. The view from the rooftop terrace was stunning! Overall, it was clean and tidy, closely located to the Souk.

Nous avons passé 3 mois parfaits dans l’appartement de Iason et Dalia. Il avait été refait à neuf. Nos hôtes sont disponibles et très arrangeants. Ils sont secondés par notre voisine Olfet qui est aux Salut petits soins. Nous avons eu un gros coup de cœur pour le quartier et les voisins, épiciers qui sont attentionnés. Nous avons hâtes de revenir !!

Ce très joli appartement allie le confort moderne au charme des vieilles demeures tunisiennes. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les lits impeccables, l'eau de la douche bien chaude, la terrasse très agréable. L'appartement est situé au coeur de la Médina, les souks sont tout proches et de nombreux taxis traversent à deux pas la place du Gouvernement. L'hôtesse a eu la gentillesse de nous fournir des provisions: eau, beurre, pain, confitures et miel! Avantage supplémentaire: si vous êtes francophone, vous trouverez dans la bibliothèque de nombreux livres sur la Tunisie. Tout est réuni pour un séjour enchanteur!

I had a truly special stay here in the heart of the Tunis medina. The interior design was stunning, with so much attention to detail, and the terrace offered a peaceful escape that felt like a hidden gem. Staying here gave me an authentic experience of Tunis. I loved walking in the dynamic energy of the medina, getting pulled into the rhythm of the streets, the blend of smells, sounds, and colors. It was magical. The host was also incredibly helpful, providing us with everything we needed. Can’t recommend it enough!

Houdas Haus war einfach nur unglaublich schön und gemütlich. Die Dekoration in jeden Räume wurde mit viel Liebe und Kunst durchdacht. So lädt das Haus zeitgleich, alt-neu und modern orientalische Ambiente ein. Jede Möbelstücke, Dekoration & Ausstattung und Farben der Räume bieten eine erholsame gemütliche Atmosphäre. Man merkt, hier wurde viel Zeit, Arbeit und Liebe reingesteckt. Das Haus ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Ich würde jedem dieses schöne Haus empfehlen, sofort! Für den Preis und Leistungsverhältnis ist das Haus ein unglaubliches Jewel 💖. Wie haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr ausziehen. Wenn wir Tunesien nochmal machen würden, würden wir direkt wieder dort wohnen wollen! Houda war reaktionsschnell, war immer da. Die Lage ist ruhig und sieht im ersten Augenblick nicht einladend aus. Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass man in der Altstadt wohnt und mitten drin ist. Die Wege und Gassen sind sicher und sind beleuchtet, aber teilweise liegen Müll rum.

Sowohl Nadia als auch ihr Concierge Fethi sind super freundlich, die Kommunikation verlief sehr effizient. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mittendrin in der Altstadt, für uns genau richtig. Außergewöhnlich einfallsreich und gleichzeitig modern und traditionell eingerichtet.
