The cozy and stylishly furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor of our 100-year-old former schoolhouse. The house is located on the hills of the Emmental in the pre-alpine area at around 1000 meters above sea level. If you are looking for peace, like animals and nature, you are in the right place. A beautiful forest is located just behind the house and from the balcony you have a fantastic view from the Jura to the Bernese Alps. Hiking trails and bike routes are right at your doorstep.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 2 minutes from the train station, 10 m from the famous Kambly biscuit factory where you can taste its delicacy, 40 minutes from the magical city of Lucerne, 30 minutes from Bern, the capital, named a World Heritage Site, 30 minutes from Thun, a fairy-tale city with the most beautiful castle in Switzerland that looks like it came out of Disney, 45 minutes from Interlaken where you can do multiple adventure sports.

Located on the ground floor, the cheese factory has a wide range of regional specialties, various Supermarkets are right next door. Railway station is only 5 min. away and well served in all directions. On the same floor there is a second apartment, which can accommodate another 4 people. Breakfast available at additional cost.

Our farm is located between Moosegg and Emmenmatt in the middle of a wonderful and quiet environment. The 4 1/2 room apartment is located in our Stöckli with a magnificent view. You just have to get out, away from everything, just take a break, hiking, biking/bike tours... then you've come to the right place. Family vacations are also a real experience with us. You can help with the care of our farm animals or with farm work.

Emmental -Alpensicht, sw. Bern-Thun

I rent out a 1.5 room apartment with full facilities. The apartment we rent out is only for guests, so guests do not share rooms with other people. We are located on a farm in the Emmental at the top at 1130 meters above sea level with a very nice alpine view up to the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. We have lots of animals to pet. The apartment is not accessible by public transport. You need a car or taxi to reach the apartment.
