Monthly Rentals in Signal Mountain

We loved our stay at David and Joanna's place! The apartment is truly spacious and the natural lighting is amazing which is a huge plus for us. The apartment was very clean when we arrived with no issues during the stay and the internet is super speedy which is great because we both work from home and had no issues. David and Joanna are also very thoughtful hosts and even shoveled the sidewalks when it snowed during our visit. The one small con is that the sound travels very easily between the apartment and the main house above. This wasn't an issue for us since we had similar waking/sleeping hours but if you're sensitive to sound, it's something to consider. Overall a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend this place. The airbb was clean, quiet and roomy; absolutely perfect to disconnect from the hustle and bustle after work. I wish that I had been able to spend more time walking around and enjoying the peace. The place had all the necessary amenities and host was extremely responsive. I was very happy with my stay.

The place was so cute and had a fantastic layout and was very spacious. It was perfect with our young child and had outlet covers and toys for him to play with. It was super clean and had a very comfortable bed and everything we needed! We are so so glad we stayed here and highly recommend it!
