Overall the value is great. One of the first places I search for when visiting the area.

Cozy and lovely. Great for a month stay. Walking distance to general stores and gas station.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Walmart and other shopping stores were within 2 miles. The shopping center (mall) was about 3-4 miles. The building and location were quiet and felt secure. I will book again in the future.

Very nice home. Would stay here again. Host was very friendly and kind. Always responded in a reasonable timeframe. Felt right at home!

This place is great for a single individual or a couple. The pullout bed is not very comfortable, so keep that in mind if you don't want to share a bed. The location is close everything in town. With the size of the town, everything is really close. The host (Metro) is very responsive and proactive with the check in and code. For the price this place was as expected.

David and Laura are great hosts. I had a few questions throughout my stay and they were always responsive and helpful. The WIFI was great and the place had everything I needed for my stay. I would book again!

my husband had a emergency doctor appt and got out late. He suddenly lost sight in one eye. We were looking for a place to stay. We reserved around 4pm and we were in a place by 5pm. I was impressed that someone bought an entire apartment building and made a Airbnb out of it. I wish I would have thought of it. Not far from a nice dog park. I'm sorry we checked out at 1030am. I thought check out was 11am, so a thousand pardons for missing the 10am check out. The housekeeper that came to the door to let us know was very nice about it, and I appreciated that.

We loved the property and had everything we were in need of, such as, cooking and dinnerware, linens, extra blankets, towels, and wash cloths, etc. All the amentities that we needed were available. The property was in a great location, peaceful, and in a quiet subdivision where we felt safe at all times. Recommend for anyone needing a quiet home away from home while visiting Sierra Vista.

I had a great time in Sierra Vista. Jeff's place was in a nice quiet neighborhood, but only a few minutes away from several restaurants. It was also pretty close to the Southwest Wings Birding Festival meeting place, and Jeff had some great recommendations for local birding places.

The place is a lovely home. It also accommodates for family with small children.

We were in town for a few days for my son’s AIT graduation, and Don’s place was perfect! After two long days of travel, it was a great spot to unwind. The location is super convenient—very close to Fort Huachuca. The decor is quaint and cozy, and it really feels like a home away from home. The beds were decent overall; the master bed could be a bit more comfortable, but it didn’t take away from our stay. All in all, it’s a great place and we’d definitely stay again!

We loved it! Convenient for birding at the 3 different canyons. Lovely kitchen with great appliances. Comfortable beds. Very Quiet neighborhood .Will definitely return.

What a fantastic property in Sonoita. My family loved the house, especially the gathering room off the side by the driveway. It was perfect for our small party. Beautiful, serene, and close to all of the vineyards that we love. Ilan was also a great host and everything was accurate and he was extremely responsive. Will definitely stay here again!!

This place is quiet, clean and a great home to stay in Sierra Vista.

We spent a month at Shane's place and were quite comfortable there. It looks just like in the pictures. The kitchen is well-equipped, the heating works well, the shower is great, and it's a quiet area. Shane is a good host, friendly and quick to respond.

The bed was super comfortable, and the suite has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If there was something I needed the hosts tried to accomodate and responded immediately. You could tell it really mattered to them that I had an enjoyable stay. The AC worked great which I appreciated, as it gets warm in AZ in the afternoon sun. It cooled the place off beautifully as it is central air vs a small window unit. The kitchen had everything I needed. The internet speed was very good which is important to me as I broadcast LIVE and need a strong signal. They are upgrading in the area so this may even better for future guests! There is a flight of stairs to go up to get to the unit, with smart code entry. My only issue was the pool/hot tub, it didnt say that you have to walk about 3 minutes up the street (private community) to get to it. I was expecting it to be just out the door. So be prepared to walk a little to get to it. It was undergoing maintenance during my stay. Will return!

I loved how spacious it was, not a lot of clutter. Kitchen was awesome. Plenty of hot hot water. Great to have a backyard. The neighborhood was really quiet. The hosts confirmed my stay so I wasn't left waiting to check in.
