We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and pretty apartment. It is well-located, near but not too near the attractions of the city centre. It is also on the route of the Easter parades which were amazing to watch from the terrace - but be careful not to park nearby during holy week or whenever there are parades, as the council will tow your car to the city pound! The roof terrace alone is worth staying in the apartment. The rooftops view of the cathedral and alcazabar is amazing. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying at Pascal's apartment for a week recently. Our family of six truly enjoyed our time there. The apartment has everything we needed, and everything worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. The apartment’s private, lawn area leads directly to the beach. The apartment is spread over three levels, and there is a parking garage beneath it. The location is excellent: there are grocery stores nearby, and it's a short drive to Marbella and Estepona. A car is recommended. If you enjoy running or walking, there is a long, paved coastal path that starts right in front of the apartment, stretching several kilometers toward Estepona. The apartment is so wonderful that we would come back anytime. We highly recommend it to everyone. It is also perfect for families.

Excellent spot, it was a great combination of in the mix and out of the mix. You could be to so many great places in three minutes, but being more on the edge of the Centro, it was a bit less crazy. The Centro is so fun, but so busy and loud that it was nice to be able to retreat a bit. We also had a car and that made parking much easier since there is no parking once you get further in to the Centro. Crazy how quiet it was with their sound proofing given the activity on the street. You still hear it, but nothing like you would think. The only small issue was getting in since the app didn’t totally work and signal was weak in the entrance area so I wound up just having to call. They were very responsive and we got in quickly. In the end, a great spot and we would definitely stay again.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed and was in a great location in the centre of the old town. The balcony was definitely a highlight. I almost didn’t want to write the review as the apartment is so good that I’m sure it will get booked out and I’d like to keep as my secret! All in all a very nice private apartment to stay in, one slight niggle was the app to access the spa and the gym wasn’t working properly so until fixed we had to ask the concierge to open up the area for us. This apartment is well equipped, especially with a dedicated dryer. This is very useful during winter time. It has central AC which is very efficient. The water pressure for shower is also very good. If you are coming with a car, it comes with a dedicated free underground parking as well. It is right beside a golf course and surrounding is very beautiful with a lot of nice villas. With 5-10min drive, you can find a lot of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very comfortable and safe. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is a new built with spacious private parking in the garage under the building. City centre is located on the same street level (no stairs). Access to the beach across the street (via stairs). There is an elevator in the city centre that takes you to the beach for .50 cents. Located in a residential neigbourhood but close to shops, restaurant and beach. Fran, the caretaker, was of great help and always checking if we were okay. We had a fantastic week! Thank you Fran.

Great accommodation, great location and GREAT host. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. The property is as described in the listing, which is perfect, but what you don't see is the extra details that Miriam adds to make the stay more practical and comfortable. The location is great, a five minute walk to the beach in one direction and to the restaurants in the other; a small convenience shop is a further couple of minutes past the restaurants. Marbella Centre is a 15 minute drive away. Miriam was a great host, very communicative by text prior to arrival and extremely friendly and helpful when she met us in person on the day; she also went out of her way to come and say goodbye before we departed. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area. Muchas Gracias Miriam. 🙂

Had a great stay in this lovely apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable with stunning views. I was travelling alone with two young children, the apartment accommodated us easily and we felt very safe. The kids loved watching the parakeets eating dates from the palm tree, right by our balcony. We had difficulty entering the apartment on arrival, a storm had taken out the intercom system. The host responded immediately and made sure we got in and had everything we needed. You need a car if staying in this apartment, the garage has a large easy to park in reserved parking bay. Make sure to follow the google map link to find the apartment easily. Thank you for making our stay so easy.

The place was clean, tidy and cozy, just as pictured. In the living room it smelled slightly of cigarette smoke, but we got it under control with a room spray and a scented candle. The apartment is in a quiet location and there is everything you need for daily use (and beyond). A big bonus is the terrace and private garden overlooking Fuengirola, the mountains and the sea. In addition, we had daily visits from the neighboring cat, which we personally loved as animal lovers. Communication with Sergio and his team was flawless and professional. They were present and proactive. Thank you!

Sonia was a wonderful host. She was incredibly helpful. It was great that you could open the whole sliding door so that your apartment was actually 1 large terrace. Around drinking time you have the sun, until it sets. That in combination with the bath on the balcony was of course perfect! It was a pity that the pool was under construction and doesn't open until mid-May, as the weather was already perfect for it. Everything was perfectly arranged and present in the apartment! From hair dryer, coffee, speaker, tea lights (and also electric), to a nice bottle of cava in the fridge. In short fantastic! Definitely a place to come back for again! Sonia thanks! 🙏

We loved our stay at Dominic’s place. First time trip to Gibraltar and it was perfect. Walked from the airport in 10 mins, across the runway, a big novelty especially as I’m a bit of an aviation geek😁 Easy to jump on a bus outside to most locations (bus info is helpfully printed out in apartment along with other local attraction info) or walk the 10/15 mins into the heart of town, ocean village etc. loads of bars/restaurants etc. East beach is lovely for a swim and 7-8 min walk. Spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, we had everything we needed. I now have to buy an egg chair for home as our 14 year old loved it. The balconies were amazing, couldn’t get much closer to The Rock. Dominic was so quick to respond to questions and we were able to drop our cases in the apartment early after arriving at lunchtime & then wander into town with just our hand luggage bags . Thanks for a great experience😁

We had a very happy four day stay in September, with five of our family from Australia, Spain and UK. The property is in a quiet area with a lovely garden and large swimming pool. It is only a five minute walk from the local Aldi supermarket and the bus stop to Estepona. Various restaurants are within easy walking distance. Although we did not have a car, there was space to park outside the house. The house was really well equipped, clean and comfortable. Our only challenge was the narrow metal spiral staircase leading up to the second floor bedroom and bathroom, which required a certain agility! We would definitely stay there again.

Had an issue with electic power initially. However on messaging Luke he was immediate responsive and issue resolved. Excellent communication from Luke. Fantastic stay and would definitely return!

The best Airbnb I have stayed in - absolutely gorgeous, luxurious apartment, perfectly situated right on the promenade within a quiet, private apartment complex. Extensive thought and care had evidently been put into every aspect of the stay, and the amenities within the apartment went above and beyond what you could ever want! Check in was so smooth and easy. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever had when travelling, and the air conditioning was completely silent! The photographs don’t even do the apartment justice - it is beautiful, comfortable, and has so many thoughtful touches. We absolutely adored our stay and would love to come back any time. Could not recommend enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Erik’s apartment. Everything was perfectly prepared for us when we arrived — including beach towels and loungers, cooking ingredients, plenty of dishes and pots, shampoo, enough hangers, and even an iron for our clothes. Erik was in constant communication with us throughout our stay and always made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend his place for a couple. The views are absolutely stunning, and the service was excellent.
