CASUEÑA is a beautiful villa featuring a private pool with salt chlorination that is heated year-round, a wood-fired barbecue, large trees, a six-burner stove, and a 90-cm oven. It has a fantastic 50-m² porch that will be the main activity area of the house; next to it are the barbecue and the heated pool.

With 12ha of land, in which we work with permaculture concepts, we have a vineyard, olive, carob, almond or fig trees among other fruit trees. We have our brand of extra virgin olive oil only from this property. There are wild animals such as wild goats, deers, wild boars, foxes, owls, vultures and many more..

The only shared area is the swimming pool and it’s surrounding garden. The pool is set away from the house in the larger grounds at 1-2 minute’s walk The owners may use the pool occasionally .There are cats on the property.

The pool has been converted into a swimming pool, all the spaces have been arranged to achieve high levels of comfort but without losing their essence. The views and orientation are unbeatable, and sunlight bathes all the rooms.
