The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests in the house. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge.

Stayed for the week with my family at this amazing home, Chris the host was very friendly and courteous. this is such a great spot for somewhere to take a break, the views overlooking the coast were breathtaking. I will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic weekend at David's place, the development is private, very quiet, with 24-hour surveillance, on arrival we had dinner at the restaurant La Cala, inside the development in a very cozy atmosphere. Communication with David was very smooth and he was very kind, special mention for his mother Carmen who attended to us at check-in and check-out, a lovely woman! The accommodation is faithful to the photos, the views from the terrace are spectacular. The beds are super comfortable, with the detail of even several types of pillows of different firmness. Very clean accommodation with all kinds of details in the kitchen and bathroom, they even left welcome drinks in the refrigerator upon our arrival. Thanks to David and Carmen for allowing us so much flexibility in check-in and check-out times. In short, a wonderful stay, with hosts like that, you feel at home. 100% recommended.

Simple, functional furnishings with a beautiful terrace and beautiful views. Very good internet. Garage was available directly on the property. The disadvantage was, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Host was always available for info. Mojácar is a beautiful Spanish village. the beaches are wonderfully maintained and land to linger and walk in. Absolutely recommended with great value for money.
