Możliwość korzystania z prywatnej biblioteki w części domu, którą zamieszkują gospodarze. Łąka jest naturalnym środowiskiem dzikich zwierząt. Taras (miejsce obiadowe i wypoczynkowe) służy także do obserwacji przyrody. Obok domu stary sad (hamaki) słoneczne i zacienione miejsca dla szukających spokoju. Duża kuchnia. Private parking place in the underground garage is also available for our guests.

Mieszkanie jest urządzone w stylu loftowym. W jednym pokoju znajduje się mega wygodne , podwójne łóżko (160x200 cm). W drugim pokoju do dyspozycji jest rozkładana sofa. Na podwórzu można nieodpłatnie zaparkować samochód ale nie gwarantuję, że zawsze znajdzie się wolne miejsce.
