Beautiful barn. Honestly so beautifully decorated and styled. Sort of wasted on just me as there are multiple bedrooms. Really loved it. Great location

This was my third stay at Amy’s and won’t be the last. The home is outstanding and the back beach on your doorstep, the town is less than a few minutes away and all you need there. Lots of pubs and tea shops and I highly recommend a visit to Laura Wall Art for lovely gifts. Be back soon thank you Amy

Absolutely loved our stay, this is the second time we have stayed. great location, everything you need provided. Feels like a home away from home. the whole place is beautifully decorated and the gardens are amazing, the dogs thoroughly enjoyed running around. Both hosts are very friendly and attentive. would highly recommend for a peaceful get away!

An absolute gem. Such a beautiful place, even better than the photos. The garden is gorgeous with comfy seats. It is fully dog-proof (if you have a small dog there is one stretch under a trellis they could get out, but my spaniel couldn’t). The whole interior is lovely and well equipped. The shower is lush. Wonderful dog walks within walking distance of the house (you can see them on the footpaths map online) and at the coast a short drive away.

Had a great time staying here with all the family, the house is so close to the beach it was perfect for us! Was such an easy and chill stay with a surprise hamper full of goodies when we arrived. Would love to stay here again and Tristan was super helpful with recommendations and extra info!

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Amazing coach house . Very clean and tasteful decor. Felt at home straightaway after Karen and Steve greeted us. Had a lovely couple of nights and enjoyed watching the alpacas with our dog. Great location. Enjoyed walking into the village and had a lovely meal at The Saddlers, 5 min walk.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Dianne and Stephen were responsive and so welcoming to their beautiful home. The space was comfortable and clean and lovely and light. Our little private decking area was perfect for the children and the dog and had beautiful, peaceful views over the garden. Having access to the pool was amazing, even on a cloudy day we spent a lot of time in there with the children as it was lovely and warm. The garden is beautiful and it was nice to be able to wonder around.

we had a fantastic stay here, the signal box was gorgeous and well equipped with everything you need and more! Nice touches of shampoos and shower gels incase we'd forgotten, a bottle of fizz and a jug of milk in the fridge also! We found the property to be clean and welcoming and hot tub was excellent and clean. we thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous pet sheep that came to see us everyday 😍 The view from the property is amazing and the sunrise was to die for! we had dinner at The springer Spaniel one evening, lovely food and great cocktails!! we would easily recommend this gorgeous place and jacqui is a lovely welcoming helpful host! we hope to be back soon! We got to the Wales Retreat and from the moment we walked in we flet so at home with the cosy features. The property smelt beautiful all throughout. Everything was spotless and even the fridge was equipped with essentials which was greatly recieved. The loaction is absolutely beautiful and I was in love with our own secluded private decking area with the most comfiest beanbag seats! Pet friendly which was a bonus for our GSP - she loved having a little area outside of her own and tje site was very welcoming to dogs. We will really be booking in again although we sre struggling to find your availability! 🙂

Absolutely stunning place. Louise was the perfect host answering every question I asked. The pool was a great hit with us adults and of course the children. The farm tour was lovely and Louise was very understanding when my little boy had a nose bleed whilst feeding the calves. I would highly recommend a stay at The Grange!

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

We loved our trip to Goodleigh. The farm was beautiful, the stables were beautiful - the hot tub was a real treat. The kids loved the rope swing and we played many of the games. The place was just beautiful, the decor, location and comfy beds were perfect for our week away. We visited some lovely beaches (30 min drive tops), Combe Martin and Lynton/ Lynmouth were favourites of ours. We visited a recommended pub - The Black Venus Inn was amazing, food was great. A perfect week and would 100% recommend.

This is our first Airbnb stay, also our first stay taking our dog. Having read and turned down a number of other Airbnb places the ducks wing seemed to fit the bill (no pun intended). The garden is lovely and secure, the rooms are extremely quirky which we both liked, our dog loved it. We didn't make best use of the many facilities including the pool, BBQ etc. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the garden listening to the countryside. As I've said our first experience with Airbnb but we were very impressed.

Lynette and John were the perfect hosts, very welcoming and made use feel at home instantly. The accommodation was perfect and well equipped. Beautiful views and a peaceful and relaxing location. Lynette baked a lovely welcoming cake which was delicious. Lots to do in the area. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone. We would certainly return here when we come back to Devon.

Lovely and peacefu,l we loved our break as did our 2 dogs Archie and Reggie, very safe and secure garden loved the hot tub. Recommend a visit to Dunster lovely place with great castle and grounds.

Great little hideaway in stumbling distance of a bustling high street with great pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is very comfortable and very well equipped.

We had a really lovely stay. Vanessa made sure we had everything we needed. Eggs and cider on arrival which was a lovely touch. Great base for exploring then coming back too and relaxing. Definitely recommend. X

Samatha &Ted were very welcoming, gave great instructions how to the find the barn which was very helpful, there beautiful barn was everything you needed and more, beautiful private outside area to sit and have morning coffee, will be returning we had lovely time thanks again Michael Teresa x

The flat was spacious and clean, especially the well-appointed kitchen, large sitting room, and big master bedroom. It was also very accessible and accommodated our elderly mother perfectly. More than that, the two bathrooms had great water pressure and the water was hot. The king-size bed was also uber comfortable as well as the twin beds. This flat is located in a perfect location, moments away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Interestingly, even though the location is right on the high street, the tourists in this town disappear at night, so it was much quieter than expected. Great job and our compliments to Gaye who was really friendly and helpful!
