Stunning House Seconds from beach, Sleeps up to 12

Challaborough, close to Bigbury on Sea in the South Hams is the most wonderful place to enjoy quality time with family/friends. Cheldon is a large detached bungalow, seconds away from the beach. It sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the main house, with the added versatility of sleeping a further 4 in a separate annex. If your party is larger then 8 and you wish to use the annex, please give us a call as the annex is an extra price. A wonderful seaside property metres from the beach.

Amazing modern house (1869 sq ft) a few steps from the famous Hive Beach. Backing onto open fields the house has off road parking for several vehicles and large comfortable living spaces. Sleeps 8 in beds plus space for 2 extra kids on pull outs. 50 ft long kitchen/diner. Dining table seats up to 10. Now TV Sky Sports Package inc. There is a large garden with children's play area. Our house is wonderfully located with views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its new large decking area overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors. The large, open space is great for a getaway any time of year.
