Small studio with everything for short stay. Location was good, short walk to the old town and a bit longer to the beach. Great view from the balcony.

We had a short but really comfortable stay, the place is big, clean and bright. The host is friendly and vey helpful. Totally recommend! It should be noted that the apartment is located a little bit outside of the city center but if you have a car (what is recommended when travelling to Montenegro) it won't be a problem.

The apartment is beautiful – modern, spacious and extremely clean, with a wonderful and pleasant energy. It has absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host is super friendly, helpful and always available for any help. The location is great – close to the sea, with everything you might need in the immediate vicinity, from shops to restaurants. The beaches in the area are among the most beautiful ones I've seen. Any recommendations!

Very pleasant stay, very clean in the house, easy contact with the owners, all things done on hand, 10 minutes walk to the beach or cliff, where you can watch the sunsets. Hosts greeted us with local fruit, arrived by car at the airport for an additional fee. We recommend trying grilled fish with Jamie Oliver's friend! Highly recommended!

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

Salih was brilliant from the very start when I made the booking. Always offered his help. Arranged travel for me and my family from and to the airport. One particular day he went out of his way which was greatly appreciated. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea is amazing. Good access to shops and restaurants. I won't forget my first trip to Montenegro and I will have fond memories of Sahil.

The apartment and Bekim as a person are worth to visit. You got a great view which everyone who thinks of travelling to Ulcinj should see. Everything you need is nearby and even if you need something of the host he‘ll help you out getting what you asked for

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

The ground-floor apartment was nice, and the host gave clear instructions. Everyone was helpful. However, we were missing some basic items like paper towels and a coffee maker. There were a few bugs in the apartment due to nearby trees. On the positive side, there were fresh fruits available nearby, and the family restaurant next door offered tasty food and liqueurs. Communication in Polish/English

Martin's apartment is beautiful, very tasteful and furnished with a lot of love. You can tell that it is a place that is important to him and his family - and that is exactly how you can live here. As a family of four, we were able to sleep well and comfortably there and felt very comfortable. The equipment is very good and of high quality. I've never had Silit pans in a vacation rental. Martin is a very accommodating, helpful and dedicated host who took care of everything and all communication was exemplary. Particularly noteworthy is the very high level of cleanliness, something that is very important to me and that is lacking elsewhere. The apartment is fantastic, in the village itself you have to be careful as a pedestrian and in the car with the traffic. Velika Plaža is a great beach (also for children), the restaurant Il Galeone nearby is highly recommended. Thanks for the lovely stay in the great apartment!
