Our lads working away from home enjoyed their stay.

Great value for money stayed with family and we made great use of the leisure facilities which are excellent. The location is great as it’s near lots of attractions and great for walking lots within walking distance too we loved exploring the area via the woods. There are a couple of pubs a fantastic park and a McDonalds only a few minutes walk. The accommodation is basic but modern and clean.

My employees stayed at the property as a home away from home for a work trip. The property is great value for money, easy check in, nice & clean. They loved the use of the spa facilities. Thanks again, will definitely book again next time we're in the area 😊👍️

Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

We had a great time at the house. We particularly enjoyed the large and enclosed garden with hot tub and large paddling pool, all of which were fantastic for the children. Thank you for a brilliant stay and for being so responsive.

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious, with comfy beds and nicely decorated rooms. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless, and the huge hot tub was a highlight, though the filter was broken which meant quite a few wasps were floating around. The garden was a good size, and the peaceful location made it a relaxing getaway. The pool table was a great addition, although i'd recommended bringing your own cues. The host was friendly and very responsive. Shops like Aldi and B&M are just a five minute drive, and the town centre, with plenty of shops and a market, is only ten minutes away. Parking was easy, with space for 3-4 cars. A few downsides: the TVs and game console are a bit outdated. The house could use some refurbishment, but overall, it was great value for money. Despite the very minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay. With a few updates, it could easily be five stars. We’d still happily return and recommend it to others looking for a spacious, very affordable break

Highly recommend staying here! It was a lovely little space which matched the listing perfectly and had everything we needed. It was easy to find, and was really clean & tidy when we arrived. Qas was an incredible host, always responsive and super friendly, and the check-in/out instructions were sent promptly and were really detailed. The bonus of having a parking space so we did not have to park on the street was so useful. We had a brilliant weekend & would definitely stay here again

The property was absolutely beautiful. Clean, comfortable and modern. My family and I loved the location, perfect for seeing family and getting into Birmingham. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking or cleaning, and it does sleep 6 comfortably. None of us had any grumbles, the nights were very peaceful. The shower was delightful, the water fall effect was lovely. Would definitely come again, Zafreen was so lovely and was great with responses/instructions.

My friends and I had the most amazing stay at Maria’s place. The house is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as described. We all really enjoyed our stay and said we would all go back. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay x

This house had a very homely feel. It was very clean, warm and well looked after. The pictures looked great, but the experience was even better. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family!

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

Sam’s bungalow was fantastic. The rooms were as seen in the photos. Each bedroom was a very spacious twin double room and each was squeaky clean. The living spaces were ideal to relax and the dinning room had space for 6. Although we didn’t use it during our stay the garden space is extensive and would be great to sit outside and relax. If you’re looking for a place in the area I would highly recommend.

We booked this accommodation for a conference at the NEC in Birmingham. It was very close to a bus stop for the airport & NEC. The accommodation was also very clean. Atena kept us updated and responded quickly to messages. We'd recommend Atena as a host and this accommodation!

Manny was very friendly and thoughtful — he even asked if we needed the heating on when the weather turned cold. We stayed for nine days, and fresh bed linen and duvet covers were available for changing. The place was spacious, well-equipped, and there was parking right at the door. It’s also very convenient, just a little over 15 minutes’ drive to the city centre. Highly recommended!

only spent the night for a friend's birthday and now wishing we booked it for longer. the picture do not do it justice, this place is amazing, very clean, spacious and Muhammad is an amazing host, any questions, he was at the ready to answer. we will be using him again. thank you for an amazing experience.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location not only for the surrounding area but also for transport links. We filled every room and not once did we feel we didn't have enough space. Minor issue for some of the rooms having low ceilings but that is by the by. Would highly recommend this property to those needing a larger place to stay when visiting the NEC.

Kit made us feel so very welcome in this home from home. It suited our family perfectly and lots of thoughtful touches (like milk in the fridge!) made us feel very settled from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and well organised and Kit was really helpful, asking if we needed a travel cot before our arrival and posting on forgotten baby items! Great location, a couple of minutes walk from Cotteridge high street and easy to get to trendy Stirchley and beautiful Bournville (for Cadbury’s World). Super easy to access Birmingham city centre by bus or train too. Would highly recommend the house and the area. Thanks Kit!
