Host was responsive and absolutely amazing through the whole stay, the place was as described and I couldn’t fault it the slightest way possible. 5 star everything and definitely recommend for anyone who’s looking for a pleasant and amazing stay.

host was very responsive, I had issues with the lock box because I've never come across one so didn't know how to use it. he messaged back quickly and kindly came over within 5 minutes to show me how to use it! place was well worth the money. the patio was lovely, very comfortable beds and very strong water pressure in shower and host was very kind and let me check out a hour later. definitely will be coming back here again.

I like the modern furnishings. My family and I felt at home. Plus it was easy to get to the airport as we had a early morning flight, probably a 10minutes ride to airport. It is also very close to a supermarket so if you need bits and pieces it helpful to know a supermarket is within walking distance.

Perfect stop over location on route to our holiday to North Wales. Perfect location for visiting Drayton Manor Resort. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Jon is a great host, clear directions including a video on how to find the apartment.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location on a canal. Close to Brindleyplace, museums, art galleries and the Jewellery Quarter. Lovely to walk along the canals. Happy to recommend this apartment.

The Snug was very clean, cosy, and homely. David and Alison were great hosts, providing milk and a large selection of teas, which was very nice. They were very friendly and communicative and flexible around check-in/check-out. Would definitely recommend and book again in future!

Josh was really responsive and helped us at very short notice when we needed to move out of our previous air bnb. The apartment itself is lovely, with a well stocked kitchen, 2 great bathrooms and on-site parking. It’s also well situated only a short drive away from an array of shops and restaurants. We would happily stay again if we were in the area. It felt like home from home.

A nice little apartment for working locally. 2 separate bedrooms with comfy beds, clean bathroom and kitchen. Exactly what was needed after work. Nothing in the local area but didn't bother us as we cooked in the apartment. Cafe down stairs is noisy from 5 30 onwards but again it didn't bother us as we were getting up anyway. Would recommend for professional use as a Base for work 👍

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Allen was an excellent host, from meeting us for check in to responding to questions before and during our stay. We loved the location and convenience to grocery, restaurants, all of downtown Coventry, and easy access via bus and train to anywhere beyond.

We stayed at play queen to celebrate our anniversary, upon walking in the host catered to this and put out decorations and chocolates wishing us a happy anniversary which straight away was an amazing touch. Very clean place and lovely smelling. The hosts communication was extremely clear, quick and friendly. The host was very proactive and sent us all instructions needed beforehand which was unbelievably helpful. The hot tub was a beautiful hot temperature and very well maintained. Lovely touch in the beautiful outside area, very cozy! Especially with the lights. Every need was catered for, it is such a secluded place and we loved it, amazing details throughout also. Beautiful Chinese takeaway downstairs too, lovely cafe, a shop and a pub all just downstairs we didn’t have to leave the area at all, everything we needeed was on our doorstep! You forget about the outside world while here, and definitely increases that spark! Amazing find, definitely going to be trying the

Second stay with Ashley, perfectly situated, great hot tub, adds a special touch. Would recommend

For the price per person it’s incredible value, especially as the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room provide an excellent addition. It’s not luxurious but the beds are really comfortable and the shower was good. A great stay as we visited Hanbury Hall.
