Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Shiraoi, Shiraoi District

We had a great time at this beautifully designed home in Niseko. We loved the space and kept saying we wished it was our house! It was close to a lot of the local ski mountains also and we managed to ski at Annurpuri, which still had some snow in April. We used a lot of the local restaurant recommendations also, which were all great. All in all we had a fab and would definitely book again!

We had such a great time staying here! We felt right at home and the place was so cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked for easy cooking and the shower/tub was fun.

Had to book the listing at the last minute due to some issues with my original booking with another listing. Host was very prompt in accepting and replying us on check in details. Very commendable. The listing is a huge house overlooking lake Toya, it is a very nice place. It was also very clean and well stock. 'downtown' is only a 10 mins drive away as well. The only drawback is the shower and toilet is at different levels which might make it inconvenient for people not used to Japanese bathrooms. Regardless, would recommend this to anyone who is looking to experience living in a lake house or need a big space for a large group.

It was a beautiful home, very nicely decorated and host has provided many amenities that made our stay very convenient and pleasant.. even though it was quite cold outside about 9 degrees Celsius (during our period of stay), the house was very comfortable as it was heated by the hot spring and there were heaters on the rooms on the second level.. host was also very helpful and provided us with many recommendations with restaurants and places of interest - the wagyu beef place was really good and we enjoyed it thoroughly.. Highly recommend!

The house is very cosy and great to host big groups. The host is responsive and respectful. However, for groups that have seniors in their midst may find the stairs difficult to climb, so do take note.

I could go on and on about it but Yoshie is just the best. If her place is the kind of place you're looking for it'll be a fantastic choice for you.

The Tanuki chalet is gorgeous - modern, clean, and cozy. We loved our stay. The layout was perfect for our extended family (4 bedrooms downstairs and 3 baths, with a large living space upstairs). The kitchen was large and well-stocked with dishes, cooking equipment, and utensils. The location is amazing on a serene street and it is easily walkable to the Rusutsu resort (although we did have a car, so we never did the walk carrying skis). The property manager was very responsive to all of my requests throughout our stay. The heat was superb and kept us warm and we also loved the sauna. The only small downside was that we specifically booked this property to have a fireplace and we couldn’t get it to work properly (possibly because the chimney was covered in snow). We didn’t bother to ask the property to fix it, so maybe there is something that could be done. I highly recommend staying here overall!

Sen-san was quite responsive. Very convenient location and comfortable stay.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un appartement bien aménagé , bien équipé et au calme. Tout était très propre et en bon état de fonctionnement ( notamment le chauffage). Yumi est très réactive. Il est facile d’échanger avec elle. Nous avons passé 3 bons jours . Nous recommandons.

Thank you for providing us with a comfortable place. The position is highly advantageous and close to the city center. Many shops are nearby and easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Exactly as described! A comfortable and practical place to stay while visiting Sapporo. It is also a great location - right by a subway stop and easily accessible to all of the tourist attractions. And very close to grocery and convenience stores, and local restaurants. We had a great time! The hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Thank you Hiroyuki and Rei for your great hospitality.

host / owner is nice and friendly, with hand written map and other tour guide for further introducing the surrounding buildings / facility. the location is slightly difficult to find, especially in winter with snow surrounded. but the room is big enough for 1 -2 people living and have washing machine is the most important thing for my trip. thanks again for the hospitality and looking forward to come back very soon☺️☺️

I had an amazing stay at Takuya's place! From the moment I booked, the communication was excellent. Takuya was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly. The accommodation itself was spotless and exactly as described. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, and the little touches made it feel like home. 房間很大 可以住很多人 雖然這次我們只有四個人入住 整體算滿意 可以改善的部分： 1. 一到6.就會被太陽亮醒… 這點實在很不習慣 建議可以加個窗簾… 2. 沒有提供牙刷牙膏 需自備.

Wir waren zu zweit in chens Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gefallen, Nur die Nächte waren etwas laut aber damit muss man rechnen wenn man in susukino Urlaub macht.

Yes this place exceeded my expectations. If i go ski Niseko, checking the Niseco Central accomodation will be my choice Thank You!!!

房間內如图片一樣，整體感覺不錯，除了客廳那套被子有很大洗不掉油漬殘留有點礙眼，其它還可以，冰箱有簡單調味。 不提供牙刷，不提供洗衣液有點不方便😝

Everything great. Good location.

This was an amazing stay, with an absolutely incredible view. Being in the middle of Sapporo meant we were just a short walk from Susukino and all the shops and activities there. We walked to Maruyama park one day, which was not too far either, and being so close to a major train station meant navigating to surrounding towns and the airport very easy. Have I mentioned the view? Amazing. The space was enormous, and well worth the price. Overall, I highly recommend staying here while you visit Sapporo.

A lovely little spot only 10 minutes walk to town centre. Helpful to have a car if you are skiing. Great apartment with picture window view of Yotei. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.
